Set on a quiet road in the heart of Cheltenham within walking distance of Montpellier, High Street & Bath Road.
Waterloo Place is a short walk to the centre offering a variety of shops such as John Lewis. Nearby Montpellier has it's own eclectic mix of bars, boutiques & restaurants.
The Space:
Having been fully renovated recently, this charming Central Cheltenham Town House has accommodation measuring almost 1,200sq.ft. including 4 well proportioned double bedrooms (3 x King and 1 x Super King)
An imposing front door opens into an entrance hall typical for this style of house with the staircase rising to the first floor.
