Great House, Great Location

This is a spectacular house, with multiple shared living spaces and ample bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. Very close to downtown for evenings out, quiet neighborhood and relaxing spa.

Wonderful house, conveniently located

Wow, this house completely blew away our expectations! Clean and tidy, HUGE! The fireplaces were a nice touch for our February stay. This was our first time in Paso Robles and I'm certain we'll be back!

Large home. Has comfortable beds. Clean. Carpets are older and have some stains. Bedrooms are all upstairs - good to know if any accessible issues for those staying there. Management was responsive when had trouble getting into house. There are 2 AC units on upper and lower floors - good to know so you can adjust as needed.

Spacious & Comfortable!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this house, the location is perfect about 5 minutes to town. You can walk a gorgeous trail by the river right from the front of the house. The decor is a little dated, and the pool is small, but it's super functional for your stay. We love the recliner couch in the family room, and the master bath is gorgeous with a huge tub! Very comfortable, this was our third stay!!

Great location and amenities!

This house was perfect for our group! The location was great, we even walked back to the house from downtown. There is tons of room for everyone and we loved having the jucuzzi to come home to! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, Quiet Friends Retreat

The location of the house is perfect! It is located in a quiet street that faces a river (dried) with walking/biking paths across the street. The house was big enough for the four of us and the pool and hot tub presented us with a wonderful opportunity to catch up and enjoy the evenings. The check in/out process couldn't have been easier. We would definitely rent this house again.

Roomy & comfortable

We visited for the West Coast Open dog agility event at the horse park and loved this large, dog friendly and very clean rental. We had all the amenities we needed and took full advantage of the hot tub in the evenings. Would absolutely book again!

Wonderful house

This house was so clean all the beds were so comfortable. Everything was wonderful in this house we couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Hands-down, best house rental we’ve ever been at.

January 2023 Stay

Heading down right after the big storm had us uneasy, but the staff kept us informed and provided all the resources we needed to stay up to date on what was going on in the area. The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of space. We loved the big tub and hot tub! Our second time staying in the home, it’s one of our favorite spots now! We went to see the monarch butterfly grove and the elephant seal rookery, highly recommend!

Fantastically appointed, incredibly comfortable and so nice to have the pool and hot tub at our fingertips. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and knives. Lovely family house

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house! The property is clean and well-maintained, the bedrooms and seating areas comfortable. There is a large dining room table along with a kitchen table perfect for a card game. Wi-fi/Internet worked fine for our bandwidth-hungry teens. Hot tub is bigger/deeper than it looks and fits four adults-sized people easily. Three gas fireplaces that can ward off a chill. On a quiet street but quick drive to shops and activities. We accessed the trail just across the street for running and walking.

Reviewer Comments: Not happy with the way VRBO includes a service fee that appears to be included in the total price but was actually a separate charge made to my credit card after the TOTAL was already charged to my card. Felt shady. Won't be using VRBO in the future.

Fantastic location!! House is lovely and clean. Pool had a ton of debris so we didn't use it. Needs a cover! Fireplace in the living room wouldn't stay lit. TV is small and needs a sound system. Furniture was crazy comfy. So pros and cons. Would stay again if the pool was clean. Management was easy to contact and responsive.

Wonderfull accommodation for a Paso Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this rental met all our needs. From the spacious home to the pool and hot tub. The master bed room was extremely spacious but left some of the other rooms undersized for adults. The home is a 30min walk from downtown and winds along the Salinas river (now dry). It was an enjoyable walk morning and evening. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

August 2021 Stay

The property we initially stayed at was great. The location out in the vineyards was really nice and unique. Unfortunately there were issues with the TVs not working, the pool cover broke and got stuck and then the well ran dry. The company was great and did fix the TV and pool issues that day, but the well was not fixable. They found us another house nearby with a lap pool (not the same), but it did have a hot tub. All in all, they did their best to accomodate us and even refunded some of the money for compensation.

Spacious clean home close to town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property- it's huge! It was too big for just the 4 of us but we wanted a house with a pool, so we enjoyed the extra space. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The property was clean and location was perfect- so close to town. The rental company was very responsive. We did not let them know until the end of our stay that the hot water was very limited (only enough for one quick shower). They offered to send a repairman right away, so hopefully this will be resolved for the next guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a terrible experience when your employee stormed in the backyard with his flashlight invading our person time. He should have called and I would have answered right away. Having privacy is important to people and you guys should honor that. Other than that one issue the house was great and we had a great time.

Great location, fabulous home

A beautiful two-story home not too far from downtown Paso. The home is clean with available products to make the stay easy. We did not cook but there appeared to be the standard essentials needed to prepare a meal (minus the food of course 😉). The hot tub (and pool) are nice especially after a long day of wining, other libations, and good eats. There is plenty of room to spread out in the home, with numerous sitting areas. There is a large master with king bed (very comfy) and large master bath with whirlpool tub and shower. The other three bedrooms have two twins (in one room) and two queens (I think) beds in the other two rooms. Laundry room is upstairs. Main bath upstairs with a half bathroom on the main floor near garage. The garage is quite spacious. We only stayed two nights but would love to stay again.
