Newly furnished, our retreat features three king (zip-link) rooms, three doubles, two bunk beds, and several sofa beds. Each room boasts high-quality orthopaedic mattresses for restful nights.



The extensive kitchen boasts a large gas hob, dual ovens, ample worktop space, and integrated appliances including a coffee machine and wine cooler. The arcade offers endless gaming fun with three machines and an Xbox, while the outbuilding hosts additional games and a convenient extra bathroom.



Please note the property is in a residential area, and noise is required to be kept at a minimum to respect local neighbours in keeping with local laws.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. The driveway offers ample parking space for 2-3 cars, depending on their size, ensuring convenient parking for all guests. Extra parking is also available if required.

There is a security camera in the front garden and back garden.



Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
