For a more sedate day out, take a boat trip from Bowness Pier and tour Lake Windermere. Hop on board one of the restored steamers and take in the sights of this spectacular landscape.

There is a super king-size room, a king-size with an en-suite shower, and a twin room with a TV and Xbox with a game pass - ideal for the younger members of your party. Outside the kitchen, you have a lovely stone-walled patio area with a table, chairs and ambient lighting for dining under the stars on warm summer evenings.
