The fully equipped kitchen features an electric tea kettle, refrigerator, stove, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all necessary utensils, cookware, and crockery. A clothes washer and drying machine are provided, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.
The bedroom is street-facing and includes a double bed with a superior-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and bath towels are provided for each guest.
The bathroom, accessed via the hallway, includes a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.

Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to £800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to £800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
