Oban, 4 miles away, is known as the ‘Gateway to the Isles,’ and offers a great base to explore. Stroll along the waterfront, sample fresh seafood at local restaurants, or visit the historic McCaig’s Tower for panoramic views of the bay. The beautiful Ganavan Sands is just a short drive from Oban and perfect for a scenic walk or a relaxing afternoon by the sea. Visit the historic Dunollie castle and visitor centre with guided tours and coffee shop.
Step back in time at the historic Dunstaffnage Castle and Chapel on the point at Dunbeg and explore the ancient ruins and picturesque surroundings.
