Villa of approximately 400 m² ideal for groups of friends and families. In the private garden you will find a delightful veranda for relaxing moments and a barbeque and a wood-burning oven for spending cheerful evenings. You can enjoy a 50,000 m² communal park, with two swimming pools (for adults and children), 4 tennis courts and a basketball court. A true corner of paradise for all types of entertainment!
Villa Uzzi is located in a quiet position, the tourist points of interest can be reached by taking a bus and then metro B.
The space
The villa is perfect for groups of up to 13 people and has:
Basement: play and relaxation area, with sofa bed and bathroom, ideal for children or game evenings.
Ground floor: large living room, kitchen with large dining table, an air-conditioned double bedroom with private bathroom, and a service bathroom. The entire floor is air conditioned.
First floor: three double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a terrace equipped with a table.
Attic: an intimate and welcoming room with double bed, private bathroom and single bed.
The garden is ideal for outdoor dining, with a covered patio, outdoor table, barbecue and wood-burning oven, to enjoy the warm Roman evenings in total relaxation.
The villa offers a convenient parking space and, if necessary, large free parking areas nearby.

The villa is completely available to guests, with access to all spaces.
