We had a very pleasant stay. The place was cozy, comfortable, and a good base for our time in England. The host was also very easy to contact and responsive whenever we had a question.The only area that could be improved would be the amenities provided. A few additional basics, such as extra towels, would have made the stay more convenient.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodation and helpful host.

This was my 3rd stay at this lovely apartment. It is very conveniently situated for walking into town, and the nearby shops and cafes etc on Magdalen Road are fantastic! The apartment is comfortable and homely, spacious and well equipped. Having a parking space in Exeter is a massive bonus. Communication with the host is first rate. I will definitely stay again, feels like a home from home.

My 2nd stay at this superb accommodation.We enjoyed opening the patio doors to the garden, which nobody else used during our stay.It is a comfortable and practical place to enjoy whilst also being conveniently placed for walking into town, exploring the area etc.Great to have parking which is expensive and limited in Exeter.We loved the nearby deli Bon gout-fantastic food and friendly staff.Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic location. Very easy walk into town and to the cathedral. Master bed was comfortable and lots of hanging and drawer space! The flat was very clean and decorated with artificial green plants that were also clean. We used the daybed room as a full bed for our adult son and he was comfortable. It was very easy to park our car (on-site parking) and there was a very lovely garden space attached to the flat. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Apartment

Lovely apartment in a good location not too far from the city centre and the shops and bars in Magdalen Road just round the corner are great. We had a few issues with the timing of the heating, the light in bathroom and a bit of uncertainty over parking which we have raised with the host and will hopefully be resolved. Overall these did not spoil our few days here and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Exeter

The property was lovely and had everything that we needed! Very clean and well-stocked. Everything you'd need to eat a meal or prepare food.Centrally located in a very nice area and just 10 minutes from downtown. A pretty and safe walk to downtown.Around the corner are a number of nice shops and the Mount Radford pub (a Green Tree pub) that we frequented and enjoyed the staff - say hi to Sam if you stop in!Waitrose is just 10 minutes away if you need to shop for more.The host and his team were very responsive.We stayed here for 11 days and had a great time - we'd stay again!

The flat was very comfortable and spacious. It was very well equipped and it was great being able to open the patio doors and sit out in the garden which we had all to ourselves. With restaurants and bars being literally just round the corner it’s in a great area too. The quay and shopping centre are only a ten minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here.
