Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed into an open-plan living and dining area, tastefully furnished with two two-seater leather sofas, a coffee table, and side tables. A smart TV offers numerous channels via the internet, and guests can access their personal Netflix accounts. French doors lead out to an outdoor dining space and pool area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Adjacent to the hallway, the fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar open to the lounge area.
