Our house located in Cavo, a peaceful hamlet in the municipality of Rio on the island of Elba, is the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a holiday full of relaxation and natural beauty. Just 700 meters from the sea, this charming home offers a comfortable outdoor space where you can enjoy the mild summer evenings and private parking for maximum convenience.

We offer our guests discounted rates for ferry tickets, with us issuing the ticket through Moby or Toremar with discounts ranging between 20% and 30%, or we can send a link with an embedded discount code where you can issue the ticket yourself, even for low-cost companies like Blunavy or Corsica Ferries. We also offer discounted rental services for scooters and e-bikes.

The kitchen-living room is spacious and equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, oven, and a comfortable sofa bed (one and a half size), ideal for hosting an additional family member or friend. The double bedroom is cozy and bright, providing the perfect retreat after a day spent at the beach. The second bedroom has three single beds, making it perfect for children or groups of friends.

The bathroom is large and functional, with a modern shower box, washing machine, and everything you need for your comfort. Every room in the house is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant environment even on the hottest days. Outside, two terraces allow you to enjoy meals al fresco. Additionally, the property includes a convenient parking space, so you never have to worry about finding a spot.

– Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
– Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio.
– Pets allowed with a supplement of 40 euros.
– No smoking inside.
