The old farmhouse has been completely and beautifully renovated, after a long and careful

renovation, which has brought it back to its original, clean and essential layout. Simple decorations and modern furnishings, as well as the use of local stone (travertine), wood and steel, make it elegant in its simplicity.



In front of the villa, there is the "limonaia, our breakfast room, with a wood oven and barbecue, and the ‘casette’, the new apartments, which blend perfectly with the old farmhouse, through paths and stone stairs, which develop around two decorative infinity pools. The courtyard below the pools is partly dedicated to the fitness area, with Technogym exercise equipment and a wellness room, with a massage area and sauna. Near the farmhouse, there is an outdoor dining area, with gas barbecue, and spaces for relaxing in the garden.

Surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside, L'antico Casale is ideal for an unforgettable stay. You can relax sitting in the garden, walking or cycling in the countryside, pampering yourself in the wellness room or sunbathing lying in the solarium of the splendid travertine pool.

For those who love sports, it is possible to play tennis, bowls, do gymnastics or dedicate yourself to any other activity you like to undertake and that we will be happy to help you organize.

The harmony between the landscape and the work of man typical of this area has undoubtedly inspired the choice to restore the original charm of the farmhouse and to recover traditional materials. It has inspired above all the idea of making the interior of the house dialogue with the landscape.



The villa has windows and glass doors that overlook the garden and the landscape and frame them, creating ever-changing pictures.

The houses, in turn, through a large glass door, open onto the decorative infinity pools, while from the patio you can enjoy the pleasant view of the vineyards and distant hills.



The ancient farmhouse combines the renowned Tuscan style with a modern style. Both the villa and the cottages have modern furnishings, comfort and technology. These blend harmoniously with the ancient structure, creating a warm and comfortable environment.

It is perfect for groups or families who want to gather in a quiet private place, for a week or for longer stays.

We can accommodate about 20 people, depending on the composition of the group and/or the presence of children. In this case, in compliance with functionality and decor, we provide cots and extra beds for children up to 10 years old.

On the ground floor of the farmhouse, there is the kitchen, fully equipped with every appliance, crockery and accessory. It is available to guests or cooks, in case of lunches in the villa with a chef.

The bedrooms are all double with the exception of one, which has two separate single beds.

They are modern, elegant rooms and offer all the comforts.

The Farmhouse

In the old farmhouse there are two suites on the first floor and four large rooms on the second floor.



The West suites offer two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, and a comfortable living room, with TV and fireplace.



The East suite is a ‘family suite,’ suitable for a couple with children. It offers the only room with separate single beds and a double bedroom. The bathroom is shared by the two rooms in the suite.

It is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.



The four rooms on the second floor are large and comfortable, in the same style as the suites. They are all double rooms, with en-suite bathroom and living area. Upon request, a cot for children up to ten years old or cots can be added to these rooms.



On the ground floor of the farmhouse, there is the kitchen, furnished with a long central island, designed by Vico Magistretti, and the main room, with fireplace and dining area. The long table was built by placing two original roof beams side by side, taking the refectory tables as a model.

Casette

Near the farmhouse, we find the two new guest apartments, the Casette. These are extra accommodations, which can be requested in addition to the farmhouse, if required by the number of guests.



The Casette have a modern and essential style but with the same standards of comfort and accessories as the other rooms.



Each casette consists of a living room and a double bedroom. The rooms are connected by a patio, which overlooks the vineyards, furnished with armchairs and a beach umbrella



This room was once used as a shelter for lemon trees. Today, completely renovated and equipped, it is mainly used for breakfast but also for tastings, pizza evenings and more. In the kitchen area, there is the oven and the wood-fired barbecue.



The old farmhouse offers a tennis court, swimming pool, bowling green and gymnastics equipment. You can use them alone or in the context of sports activities, guided by qualified instructors.

It is a basic fresh breakfast, including some cooked food; the cook is available until 10:30. After that hour the buffet is still open until 11:00. Extra requests, such as international food- salmon, i.e. - or packaged gluten free food are not included.

Maid service, from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 to 12,30 a.m. or other 3 hour time frame (change of linen every Saturday, bath and pool towels every morning)

Water for the first day and bottles of water in the mini bar

A damage deposit will be blocked by the agency from the credit card. The damage deposit will be refunded entirely or reduced by the cost of any damage that might have been caused to the property and not
immediately reported.
The property will verify damage within 6 hours after the client departure and before the arrival of the next client.
Notified during the stay damage are to be paid at the end of the stay.
Check-in is between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm. Please advise the agency and/or the owner of your expected time of arrival and if you are delayed for any reason..
