A really good villa located in a quiet area. The inside of the villa was cozy and comfortable. The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. If you want to escape the crowds of tourists then this is the perfect villa. I also must mention that the agents and staff were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. Do not hesitate to book this villa.

Villa Il Girasole is spacious and has a lovely homely feel to it. When we did venture inside the villa, it was clean and smelt so lovely. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is much appreciated as is the nice pool and the covered terrace for meals. We are definitely breathing much better with all the greeneries around us. This villa is definitely perfectly located to offer you peace and comfort. We already visited Perugia and Termi and spent an amazing time exploring the area. Here are a really lots of things to see and do. We would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely come again.

All in all the villa was wonderful and had excellent value for money. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy and had everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Nice spacious outside area with a private pool and terrace and a nice dining area. We did not have visited Tuscany previously, but we met very helpful, friendly, and warm people there who help us a lot. I recommend staying there. We will come back for sure!

Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Die zuständige Person, Silvia, konnten wir leider nie persönlich begrüssen. Check-In, Infos zur Nutzung und auch die Abreise wurde jeweils über WhatsApp geregelt. Die Antworten auf Anfragen kamen in nützlicher Frist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr grosszügig, jedes Zimmer ist mit einem angeschlossenen Bad versehen und auch der Aussenbereich mag zu begeistern. Das Haus selbst wird für bis zu 20 Personen vermietet - bei Vollbesetzung wird aber nicht jeder einen Platz am Tisch finden und schon mit 16 Personen ist Platz am Tisch sehr eng. Die uns versprochenen Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Aktivitäten in der Nähe so wie auch Infos zu Sehenswertem wurden uns nicht bereitgestellt. Mit etwas Flexibilität haben wir einen sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt geniessen dürfen.

We spent all our time at the house, swimming, relaxing or walking in the beautiful countryside. A good point of departure for cycling and hiking. The villa itself is very comfortable with a lovely big garden and swimming pool big enough to enjoy the sun. I would definitely go back there and would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family. Overall perfect!!

Grazie. The scenery was lovely and the sunset was absolutely stunning. The very spacious house and the outdoor area are excellent. Very good treatment by the agency as they try to make your stay the best possible, especially very flexible with the time of entry and exit. We repeat for sure!
