Boasting a generous space of 41 square meter pool, it creates an intimate setting that invites you to unwind under the Croatian sun. The exquisite jacuzzi also offers an additional touch of luxury, making for some blissful relaxation after an action-packed day of exploration. Situated just 8km from the sea, it sets the stage for incredible coastal adventures that awaits you.

The villa offers a perfect retreat for up to 10 people, equipped with 4 sumptuous bedrooms and 3 splendid bathrooms, it guarantees an optimal and spacious environment for everyone. Adding to the charm of the villa are 2 inviting living rooms, meticulously designed to provide a warm, convivial place to gather, entertain, or simply relax.

Although we don't accommodate pets, there's plenty of opportunities to interact with nature with a plethora of outdoor activities nearby.

Villa Magnolia offers a convenience with 3 dedicated parking spaces, thus eliminating any parking woes that you may have. Despite having no garages, the area is expectedly safe, ensuring a secure stay for you and your vehicles.

The closest minimarket is 500 meters away, as is the Ruky fast-food delivery location, Baơo coffee shop, and the chance to order a delicious traditional dinner in one of Tugare's traditional taverns (further details on the property). Fun-seekers will find plenty to do in Omiơ and the river Cetina (8km away), including rafting, zip-lining, riverboat tours to the island of Brač, water sports, and much more. Glorious residence!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier. So viel Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft haben wir echt selten erlebt. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hat uns Zeljan mit tollen Tipps und Restaurant-Empfehlungen versorgt, was super hilfreich war. Als wir am Sonntag angekommen sind, wartete schon ein kleiner Vorrat an Lebensmitteln auf uns – so aufmerksam! Katija hat uns sogar mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen ĂŒberrascht, einfach unglaublich lieb. Man fĂŒhlt sich hier sofort willkommen und rundum wohl. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien und ehrlich gesagt war ich anfangs etwas skeptisch, weil das Haus noch keine Bewertungen hatte. Im Nachhinein können wir nur sagen: wir wurden absolut positiv ĂŒberrascht! Alles war perfekt. Vielen Dank an Zeljan und Katija fĂŒr diesen tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Vi hade en otrolig vistelse i detta sjukt fina hus. VÀrden Zelijan va helt otrolig och vÀldigt trevlig och hjÀlpsam nÀr det gÀller allt möjligt. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta boende och staden Àr mysig.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Zeljan & Katija were perfect hosts, their communication was brilliant, lots of suggestions for eating out and places to visit. They went through details on how to use / operate things around the home and the villa was beautifully presented, which became our perfect residence for our 10 day holiday. The villa was well equipped, very clean and we felt at home. The location in Tugare was far away enough from the busy areas, so it was very peaceful but close enough to major roads, so we visited Split, Dubrovnik & Trogir. This was one of our best family holidays and we won't hesitate to go back to Croatia or back to this amazing villa! Thank you Zeljan & Katija for being such wonderful hosts xx

Brilliant service!

Our host Zeljan was great. He was always on hand if required. Gave great tips and organised reservation for the lovely Zvizdan restaurant on our arrival. We had a wonderful sea view and sampled the beauty of the area. The food was fantastic. There were also some food essentials provided in the villa which was practical as we arrived on a Sunday. His lovely wife baked some cakes for us also which such a kind gesture. The accommodation itself was perfect. We had both floors and the kids loved having a lounge to themselves with a play station to use in the evenings. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. It was lovely to relax on the grounds and enjoy the views. A car is advisable though we did not lose out by using Uber and Zeljan offered a lift if we had difficulty getting transport. The town of Omis nearby is lovely. My son enjoyed the Zip wire across the canyon. My mother enjoyed the boat trip to the picnic area. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend a stay here.
