Cette maison récemment rénovée avec piscine privée est située près de la route principale à Stanići, Omiš et à seulement 100 mètres de la plage.

Tout le contenu important pour profiter de vos vacances est à 5 minutes à pied de la maison - marchés, restaurants, bar à café, boulangerie, kiosque de fruits et bien sûr la plage.

La maison se compose de deux chambres avec lit double, une chambre avec deux lits simples et une chambre avec lits superposés.
Il a une belle terrasse panoramique au sommet de la maison équipée de la cuisine, salle à manger, TV et une petite salle de bain.

La propriété comprend également deux places de parking privées devant la maison.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Stanici at Mateo's place. Amazing space and facilities, Mateo and his family were super helpful and very prompt to respond with any queries sent. Apartment is lovely and spacious, very clean, fabulous pool and roof top balcony. Very close to beach though steep steps to be aware of. Small supermarkets, bakery and restaurant 5 mins walk away. Definitely recommend :)

Great place and location with brilliant hosts.

Great communication throughout from Mateo and a fantastic warm welcome from his sister, Kristina. Lovely accommodation with great facilities and pool out the back. Excellent location, close to beaches and easy access to Omis with its excellent restaurants and from where we did white water rafting and zip lining. Brilliant little fruit shop, bakery, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful setting

Lovely holiday home, close enough to a few restaurants & shops but not touristy at all. Owner very accommodating & if you use Tomislav for your taxi needs he is fantastic. Absolutely beautiful beach, which makes the trek back uphill worthwhile, but not for the elderly or less mobile.

Wonderful vacation in Croatia

Beautiful house, very clean, very modern, with magnificent views from the terrace and a lovely atmosphere around the pool. The helpfulness and friendliness of the owners was very touching. The region is superb, with beautiful secluded beaches and charming places to visit, especially the old town of Omis. We were lucky to pick this place to stay, I can recommend it from all my heart.

Brief stay

We had a wonderful stay. Mateo was very accommodating and helpful with our child. He set up a cot and brought over a high chair and play pen. The place was fantastic. Close to beaches and supermarkets. The view was incredible. Omiš is a lovely nearby town.

The villa is well located with a small shop, fresh bakery and fruit stand just steps away. There are a few restaurants on Stanici and there is a lovely beach in walking distance. A hire car is great if you want to visit the beautiful old town of Omis (where there are many restaurants, coffee shops and gift shops) also if you want to explore other beautiful beaches and the surrounding scenery more. The villa was spotlessly clean and had plenty of room over 4 floors to give everyone enough personal space. Plenty of bathrooms. The top floor kitchen opens out onto a lovely seating terrace with great sea views and sunsets. The outside area is pleasant and offers more seating. The games room, garden kitchen, snug and bathroom were lovely additions. The garden gets plenty of sunshine and the pool is superbly maintained. Our host was away during our stay but he still made sure everything was taken care of. We were greeted by a family member on arrival and Mateo's communication with us via WhatsApp was friendly, available and attentive throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Croatia, we would definitely return.

Urlaub August 2023

Mateo, was a great host he answered all questions super fast and helpful. 5 minutes to the sea and to the supermarket, restaurants. Flat pool was very well maintained. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house, marvellous location and incredibly courteous host

We spent our summer holidays here this year and have been 100% satisfied. The house is really cosy and spacious, the air conditioning works flawlessly, the kids loved the private pool as well as the beach, we watched the sunset almost every evening from our balcony, I could go on and on. Above all, I want to highlight the kindness of our host Mateo and his family who did not leave a single wish unfulfilled. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!!

Great stay! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Stanici, Croatia. The host was brill and always on hand if we had any questions. The pool was excellent - the kids loved it and it had plenty of sun throughout the day. The pool room was a hit with the children and the downstairs bathroom came in handy after being in the pool. Beds extremely comfy and great views from the top floor balcony. Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to family & friends groups. Would return!

Lovely villa with beautiful views

We had a fabulous stay in Stanići, the villa was just as the pictures show, spacious and clean with wonderful views over Brac island. Mateo was on hand if we needed anything and gave us some great tips on places to swim in the Cetina river which is a must. Omiš is near by and a beautiful town nestled either side of the Cetina river which was great for booking activities and eating dinner. There are a couple of restaurants across the road and one on the beach which was great after a swim. We would definitely recommend staying in this villa in this beautiful part of the country. A very nice house

The house was excellent. 2 big bedrooms and a very small one with two separated beds. The kitchen at the top of the house had everything you need, the terrace was very nice with a stunning view over the ses. The pool area was very nice with a small apartment, table under a roof and a room for dart and snooker. The host Mateo was very helpful and fast to answer our questions.We had a perfect week in this house.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous property.

We have just returned from the most fabulous holiday. This is a fantastic property with everything you could wish for provided. Mateo and Kristina are wonderful hosts, so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The proprty is of the highest quality. Having an additional kitchen, shower and toilet next to the pool was an added bonus. The location is excellent, right next to the beach with wonderful views. Omis (10 minutes away) is beautiful and has an excellent supermarket. I would highly recommend this property and area ( but only if you are fine with stairs!). Thank you Mateo for a fantastic holiday opportunity.

We spent our summer vacation with our 2 kids, 1 and 3 years old, at Mateos place. Mateo has been a great host. He reached out already after the booking and asked if we have any special needs for the kids and prepared everything perfectly. His place is beautiful, everything you could ever need during that time is available and more. The interior design has been done tastefully. The amount of bedrooms and space is unbelievable. The Billard room and additional kitchen, living room and bathroom next to the pool is super convenient. Our oldest son loved the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the evenings on the terrace watching the sun set, having good conversations and a glass of wine. We had a great time and we can absolutely recommend this place.

Tour of Croatia

The house provided a very nice place to tour various parts of Croatia or to relax and enjoy the walking-distance beach and pool. We also enjoyed kayaking and hiking to the fortresses in nearby Omis. The rooms in the house were comfortable and the ocean views were very enjoyable. Small challenges with the house were the three floors (four if you count the pool area), and you need to come with some basic supplies that are often provided by a vrbo but were not found at this house like bath soap, shampoo, paper towels, laundry soap. Overall, a very nice stay though, and the hosts were very pleasant.

Fabulous

This is a fantastic place to stay. There is not a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the purpose of our holiday was to switch off and relax, and this was the perfect spot. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within a few minutes walk, along with a small mini market and a great little fruit stand. The beach is a few hundred meters away, albeit down a lot of steps so be prepared for that. The house itself is fantastic and spread over 4 floors so you need to be good with stairs! At the bottom is a lovely little swimming pool along with a kitchenette and games room which was a big hit with our adult sons. Up one level is an en suite double bedroom, up again for another double room, a twin room and bathroom and finally at the top is a well equipped kitchen and roof terrace perfect to watch the sun go down. Mateo is a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble, and Tomislav the taxi is the most helpful and amenable driver you will meet. If you want a home from home switch off in the sun, this is the place for you. Thank you for having us.

Logement et propriétaire tres sympa, je recommande.

Logement réaménagé récemment, spacieux, bien équipé. Propriétaire à proximité donc disponible, mais très discret, c'était parfait pour nous. Les gros avantages de ce logement sont la proximité avec la mer, les commerces : tout est accessible à pied. Proprio tres sympa, Merci à Mateo et Kristina, nous avons passé de super vacances. La piscine est nickel aussi. Le seul bémol serait les étages, le logement est répartis sur 4 niveaux, donc escaliers... Pour cette raison, la location est à proscrire aux personnes à mobilité réduite (c'est d'ailleurs précisé dans l'annonce il me semble), mais je deconseillerai aussi aux personnes âgées ou avec des enfants en bas âge. La mer est toute proche, environ 100m, mais comme la Croatie est un pays escarpé, là aussi escaliers et grimpette... Sinon je recommande vraiment.

Wir waren im August bei Mateo. In unserer ersten Woche entfachte ein verheerender Brand, weshalb wir das Haus sicherheitshalber verlassen mussten. Die Betreuung durch Mateo war super. Das Haus ist sehr schön, es war sauber und man fand alles was man braucht.

Super Ferienhaus. Super nette Hausbesitzer. Toller Pool. Sogar recht tief für einen Privatpool (ca. 1,5m).Was vielleicht wissenswert ist, ist, dass man auf 3 Stockwerken wohnt. Wenn man Probleme beim Treppensteigen hat, ist das Haus nicht geeignet. Aber dann kommt man auch sehr schlecht zum Strand, da auch hier viele Stufen bewältigt werden müssen.Wen das nicht stört, ist in diesem Haus perfekt aufgehoben. Das einzige, was bei uns nicht funktioniert hat, war das WLAN. Im Urlaub finde ich das aber weniger schlimm.Bisher mein bestes Ferienhaus.

Ganz tolle Unterkunft/Haus

Der Gastgeber hat alles Gehalten wie versprochen. Das Haus entsprach den Bildern im Inserat. Unsere ganze Familie fühlte sich wohl und war zu Frieden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
