Perched on the hillside overlooking Ilfracombe's beautiful harbour, this spacious property provides an ideal setting for a memorable seaside holiday, perfect for large families or groups of friends. Guests can enjoy a short, scenic walk to explore Ilfracombeâs many charms including the picturesque harbour with its sandy cove and an array of unique shops and galleries. Discover a fantastic range of eateries, with many offering fresh seafood from the local catch. The nearby coastline is perfect for scenic walks and with lots of opportunities for daily boat trips offering fishing and sightseeing. For those who wish to venture further, Woolacombe is only 6 miles away, where a stunning 3-mile beach and an array of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs await. Watermouth Castle, a great family attraction is 3 miles away, along with the Ilfracombe Museum (0.5m), the Aquarium (0.4m) and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (10m), to name but a few.
Upon entering this relaxing home-from-home, you can make yourself at home in the stylish and comfortable surroundings. In the spacious entrance hallway guests will find an ideal spot to slip off those sandy shoes and wet coats, before allowing the relaxation to begin in a couple of thoughtfully placed armchairs next to the bookshelf. The heart of the house is the spacious living/dining space, which hosts fabulous views across the ocean through large French doors. In this room, youâll find comfortable seating from which to relax in front of a warming wood burner, alongside a Smart TV and dining table well suited for those laid-back family meals. Heading through to the well-appointed kitchen, youâll find you have all the appliances needed for a stress-free stay, again blessed with those glorious sea views. Completing the downstairs is a utility and shower room, handily positioned just inside the rear entrance of the home. When the night draws in, make your way upstairs where youâll find a WC halfway up before coming to your choice of four bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature both a king-size bed and incredible sea views, with one having the added luxury of an en-suite shower room. The final two bedrooms are a pair of sumptuous twins, one of which has a handy wash basin. All bedrooms provide ample clothing space throughout. Completing this wonderfully fitted home is a family bathroom, featuring a shower over bath and WC.
Making your way outside and to the rear of the home, youâre blessed with a furnished balcony boasting sea views (accessible via the lounge) that leads to the below patio area. Here youâll find further seating and more wonderful views. The only decision youâll need to make is which spot youâll choose to have your morning coffee. Private off-road parking for three cars to the front of the home.
