This charming home is moments to the City Centre with the City Walls on your doorstep. This well appointed property offers a relaxing retreat and easy access to York city centre.
Featuring two great sized bedrooms, a lovely outdoor space off the living area, and a driveway for one vehicle, itâs the perfect location for exploring all that York has to offer. Whether youâre exploring the city or the surrounding areas, this charming property is ideal for a short or long term stay.
This welcoming terrace offers a comfortable, stay for up to 4 guests, with the option of a travel cot for families with young children.

On the ground floor, the expansive living and dining area welcomes you with a comfortable, home away from home feel. Two generously sized sofas provide plenty of seating, creating a cosy space for relaxation. The room is equipped with a Smart TV, offering access to streaming services such as Amazon Prime, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the space for your convenience. For added comfort and ease, Amazon Alexas are also installed, allowing you to control your surroundings or entertain with voice commands.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is a peaceful retreat featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and ample closet space for all your belongings. The second bedroom is perfect for families or younger guests, with two twin beds and plenty of storage options. Both bedrooms come with professionally cleaned linens, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay.
The cosy bathroom is thoughtfully designed with fixtures, including a washbasin, a bath with a shower, and a W/C.

Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
This property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.

Parking is available for 1 car at the front of the property.
