Single storey, the villa is ideal for a large family or two families sharing. There are two double bedrooms and two twins (they can also be set up as double beds). Conveniently, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two bathrooms have baths (including a hydro-massage bath), ideal for little travellers



The living and dining room are open plan, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Enjoy sumptuous white sofas, a wood burning fire and superb garden views. The elegant kitchen has every possible appliance and leads out to a covered terrace and BBQ are.



Botanists will love the mature garden, bursting with flowers and a wonderful soft lawn (not easy to achieve in Mallorca!) The garden is at the front of the house and includes a calm seating area, ideal for your morning coffee



The very inviting, sparkling blue, kidney shaped pool is located to the rear of the house, along with a wonderful outdoor dining area, a choice of electric or charcoal BBQ and sun loungers. Sit back, soak up some rays and relax to the sound of birds singing
