This Brand NEW Luxury 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Self Catering Villa is fitted to a very high standard with spectacular views over the Golf Course where you can enjoy al fresco dining and watching the sunsets, this property is also wheelchair accessible.

Bedroom 1 has a large double bed which can be converted to 2 single beds if requested, with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a dressing table. There is also air-conditioning (additional charge). Attached is an en-suite with a large walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need. All appliances are integrated such as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, fitted oven and ceramic hob with extractor. There is also a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and microwave.

You will arrive with a basic welcome pack that includes water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, a sponge & cloth, bin liner and dishwasher tablets.

The open plan dining / living area has beautiful views overlooking the Golf Course. The dining area seats up to 6 people with the living area having a corner L shaped sofa, smart TV, electric window shutters and air-conditioning (additional charge) leading out to a very large patio that includes a table, bench, chairs and umbrella for your use. There is a storage area outside with 4 golf carts to use for your golf bags.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
