Modern Lovely Villa with Heated Private Pool and Roof Terrace, Golf & Sea Views
This semi-detached beautiful villa is a newly built property and is built and fitted out to a high standard. It comprises a Super King bed in the master bedroom (180 x 200cms). The second bedroom has a King size bed (150 x 200cms), 3 bathrooms, open plan ground floor with dining table, large breakfast island and bar stools. From the front bedroom there are amazing views of the close by Amarilla Golf course and the sea/San Miguel marina.
The villa is set in a quiet residential area, ideal for a relaxing get away from it all holiday.
The villa is very well appointed throughout with modern, high quality furnishings.
There is integrated air conditioning in every room, full fibre Wi-Fi and satellite TV on 3 TVs - one in the lounge (65") and one in each bedroom.
On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern open plan fully equipped kitchen with, dishwasher, integrated oven microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother (the washing machine is located up on the top terrace - access by an external spiral staircase). There is also a kitchen island with 4 bar stools, induction hob built into the island (with suspended ceiling lights over). The washing machine is located in the laundry room on the top terrace (accessed via an external spiral staircase). The living room has a large corner sofa and dining table that seats 6. The TV is an impressive 65â that is connected with full IPTV access - just about any channel is in this system, including 10 days of catch up, films and series. On this floor there is also an additional shower room with toilet.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom, Super King bed and full en-suite bathroom that has both a separate shower and another shower over the bath. Patio doors lead from here to the balcony with lovely views over the Amarilla Golf course and the sea. There is a large built in wardrobe and plenty of storage.
On this floor you will also find another double room, with a King size bed, generous en-suite with large double shower, sink with mirror and light over. Patio doors lead from here to the balcony, with steps up to the private upstairs terrace (washing machine and washing lines up on the top terrace) with magnificent panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views. There are several sun chairs kept up on this deck - a great suntrap.
The property has its own private heated pool (winter months with a small surcharge) - 6m x 3m x 1.3m deep. Surrounding the pool are plenty of comfortable sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining! - perfect for relaxing. There is also an outside pool shower.
The villa has a security alarm system as well as a safe and blackout external shutters (operated from inside) on all windows and patio doors. There is also a large basement area for easy storage of luggage and sports equipment - especially those golf clubs - with a large skylight to make it bright and airy.
Location 10-15 minutes from Airport - this is great for a short drive to the villa but this also means there is aircraft noise during the day, that can fluctuate depending on how busy the season/island is. The normal flight path (arrivals only) runs directly across Amarilla and Golf del Sur and the villa. Please ensure you are happy with this before you make your reservation. Nearby resorts (with lovely beaches) are 15 minute drive to Los Cristianos and 15/20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas. There is an excellent bus service and plenty of taxis at the airport.
The Resort
Amarilla Golf is surrounded by an18 hole Golf course and the nearby resort of Golf Del Sur also boasts an18 hole course. Both have 9 hole pitch and putt course (bookable for a monthly pass) and a driving range. Amarilla Golf has a lovely club house. All are welcome - ideal for any Golf widows out there or to just enjoy a drink or two after a game. Amarilla Golf Club is a very short 5 minute walk from Casa Blanca.
If you like tennis, there are many tennis and padel courts within a 15 minute drive - all very reasonably priced and arrangements can be made by the owners for anyone wishing to play.
The Villa is located in the heart of Amarilla and no car is required if you want to stay local. There are a number of bars, restaurants and a small shop within easy walking distance. If you choose to hire a car, the villa has its own electric gated car parking facility as well as plenty of on road parking directly outside the villa â the road itself is one way and very quiet.
Amarilla also has its own Marina. Trips can be organised from here and a main attraction is the submarine that leaves daily for a magical underwater experience. There is a beach area but within the close proximity of Amarilla Golf, the beaches are dark shingle beaches.
Los Cristianos is a mere 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. There are plenty of other resorts located within 15-30 minute drive (Play de Las Americas, Adeje and more).

This Villa is managed by the owner, with a local company providing all support services. Their contact details will be in the villa and they live close by.
Services:
A Welcome pack of âTea, coffee, milk, water, bread, butter and jam will be provided on arrival, with a supply of dishwasher tablets and washing powder etc.
We can also provide any hire equipment you may need from Travel Cots to high chairs etc. This will be chargeable. Please enquire for pricing.
For any stays of10 nights, or more, a mid-stay linen and towel change will be provided, inclusive of the price. If you wish any additional cleaning services during your stay, please ask. These will be at an additional charge. Pool towels are provided.

Most of the last 18 months has been spent fitting out two properties in Tenerife and I now believe I am finally finished both. I have fitted into the Tenerife way of life well. I love this place for the great weather (all year, give or take the odd day that the sun does not shine), the endless opportunities to play tennis and golf (well let's be honest - I attempt pitch and putt) and enjoy a very relaxed social life - sometimes too relaxed! The Canarian people are very welcoming and are incredibly patient while I try to learn Spanish - who knows what I say sometimes - they look rather confused on the odd occasion. I really enjoyed renting the other villa - it has kept my admin skills up and the old brain cells going - thank god! This is a great new chapter in my life and long may it last. Maxine

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The Villa is a lovely property. It has most things in you could wish for - plenty of crockery, cutlery etc, comfortable large corner sofa, great open plan aspect and I personally love the kitchen space. I have tried to make the house comfortable, with all mod cons and I really hope people will like it as much as I do. There is plenty of space for eating, socialising and sleeping as well as wardrobe space for your clothes (and hangers!). The kitchen island offers a great way to have a bite to eat and a chat at the same time - the induction hob is in the island so the cook isn't cut off from anyone else in the room. TV is a mere 75" and is wall mounted on a swivel arm. The beds are very comfortable and large with good quality linens (Super King and King) and bathrooms are equally good. I love the views, especially from the top terrace - it is a great sun trap.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area but is close to the local Amarilla Golf course a 5 minute walk - (or 2 mins in the car if you are my husband!) as well as a selection of bars/restaurants and small supermarkets. Many more of those are a 10 minute drive away if you prefer to shop in the larger supermarkets (like Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi etc).

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
The house has great views from the front balcony and top terrace. The pool is heated in winter (summer it would be too hot) and sits at around 26/28 degrees, with a pool cover to ensure that heat stays in and dust stays out! House is cool in the summer as the external shutters really do keep that heat out during the hot months. In the winter months the house stays warm too. Air con of course is an option during the summer. Alarm systems and safe help with security and the safe can take laptops and the like. If you like TV - the IPTV on all the televisions has the most amazing international selection of channels, all sports (Sky included) films, TV series and 10 days catch-up for all UK channels. Each TV can run independently of the other. 75" TV in the lounge for those who like the cinema effect! The bedrooms are large and bright with good quality fittings. The house has 4 showers! Plenty of parking outside the house.
