This villa in Tenerife has been furnished to a good standard. You enter the villa through its very lawned gardens with views overlooking the sea. The large hallway has plenty of storage, off the this area is the large lounge with its unique vaulted ceilings. The comfortable lounge has 2 x 3 seater sofas, 50 inch flatscreen TV which offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, children TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets & catch up . This room has a set of patio doors that lead onto the lawned terrace which has table and chairs for 6 guests under a large sun shade if required. These gardens are ideal for relaxing in the peacful surroundings. Through the lounge and up 1 step is the dining area which has a large table and chairs for 6 guests and also has patio doors leading to a private courtyard which has staircase leading to the private roof terrace. Off the diner is the fully fitted kitchen which includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board etc.

Up another two steps you will find the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is large in size and has a vaulted ceiling, king size bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a door leading to another private terrace. Bedroom 1 also has its own large en suite with bath and separate shower cubicle. Bedroom 2 is also large in size and has twins beds, fitted wardrobes and a fan. The main bathroom has a bath with shower attachment . There is a safe in the villa for you private use.

The roof terrace has sun loungers, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. From this terrace are the most amazing sea and mountain views. The communal heated pool are surrounded by tropical gardens and a beautiful laid lawn with an outside shower and plenty of sunbeds for your use. The pool is just meters from the sea but is very private and secure.

This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a good standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

The villas at San Miguel Village share an exclusive pool area right on the sea front. Only owners and their guests have access to this privileged area, so you can be guaranteed it will be peaceful and quiet. The pool is heated in the winter. Sun beds and poolside showers are provided. A lovely sea front walk, past the complex swimming pool takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.
