VILLA BIANCA

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'environnement paisible et proche de la nature. Endroit peu fréquenté par les touristes. Notre séjour dans cette charmante habitation a été bien agréable. Les deux appartements que nous occupions étaient bien équipés (celui du 1er étage mieux fourni en vaisselle que celui du 2ème). les 2 appartements sont spacieux, lumineux et décorés avec goût. Nous avons également bien profité de l'espace extérieur, la terrasse, situé au 1er étage, dès que la météo le permettait. Alexandra et son époux sont sympatiques et ont été généreux en conseils et adresses. Ornella

"Séjour très agréable; pr...

"Séjour très agréable; propriétaires charmants (comme toujours en Italie !) et avenants. La location est au bord d''une forêt; de nombreuses ballades sont possibles aux alentours. Bref, idéal pour une famille souhaitant randonner et retrouver le soir une maison chaleureuse en profitant suivant la période de la terrasse et du mobilier de jardin."

un posto bellissimo in una casa da urlo con tutto quello che serve a grandi e piccini con alle vicinanze percorsi per lunghe camminate e addirittura una malga dove si mangia benissimo .tornero sicuramente a tesero perche mi e rimasto nel cuore

Semplicemente perfetta

Abbiamo soggiornato a villa Bianca una settimana circa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima. Zona tranquilla ma non isolata; Non è lontana dal centro del paese e a poca distanza si trova un supermercato ben fornito e dai prezzi ottimi. Con brevi tratti di strada si raggiungono tutte le valli vicine e impianti di risalita. Vicinissimo si trova un interessantissimo osservatorio astronomico, non lontano la piscina comunale di Cavalese che nulla ha da invidiare al famoso Dolaondes di Canazei! La casa è molto curata, spaziosa, pulita e completa di tutte le comodità, per esempio piccoli elettrodomestici che non ti aspettavi di trovare ma che ti fanno sentire come a casa tua. E poi piccole coccole come la raccolta di Dvd da guardare la sera sul grande divano... Noi abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 5 nell’appartamento al primo piano che ha una bella terrazza e il giardino con tavolo per mangiare fuori. Dalle finestre delle camere da letto c’è una bellissima vista sulle montagne, mentre il giardino è dal lato del bosco. Ho potuto vedere anche l’appartamento al secondo piano e devo dire che è molto bello anche quello. L'intera villetta è perfetta per accogliere 3 famiglie di amici o parenti. Un'idea che probabilmente non ci faremo sfuggire! Un cordiale saluto alla Signora Alessandra, gentilissima padrona di casa, sempre pronta e disponibile ad esaudire le nostre piccole richieste.

comfortable for long staying with children for ski

Мы остановились в доме большой семьей на три недели. Дом оказался светлый, чистый и комфортный. В доме три этажа, каждый может быть использован как отдельный апартамент с двумя спальнями. Мы поселились на всех трёх, в составе 15 человек. Каждый этаж оборудован своей кухней и стиральной машиной, что оказалось очень удобно! В доме постоянно есть достаточное количество горячей воды, холодной воды, температура воздуха регулируется! Есть гараж и парковка. До лыжного курорта Пампеаго всего 5 минут езды, до оберегген- 25, до ближайшего супермаркета -5 минут езды, до госпиталя - 15 минут езды в Кавалезе, от дома есть пеший маршрут для прогулок. Также рядом есть отель с массажем, сауной и небольшим бассейном, а также Детская площадка. Хозяйка оказалась приветливой, отзывчивой на все просьбы, хорошо говорит по английски. За мою историю ежегодной аренды домов за 7 лет дом оказался самым удобным. Могу порекомендовать всем, для проживания больших и маленьких семей. We stayed in a large family home for three weeks. The house was bright, clean and comfortable. The house has three floors, each can be used as a separate apartment with two bedrooms. We stayed at all three, consisting of 15 people. Each floor is equipped with its kitchen and washing machine, which was very convenient! In the house there is always a sufficient amount of hot water, cold water, temperature is regulated! There is a garage and parking. Pampeago Ski Resort is just 5 minutes drive to obereggen- 25, to the nearest supermarket 5 minute drive to the hospital - a 15-minute drive away in Cavalese, the house has a walking path for walking. Also nearby there is a hotel with a massage, sauna and a small swimming pool and playground. The hostess was friendly, responsive to all requests, fluent in English. For my story annual rent homes in the last 7 years the house was the most convenient. Hint for everyone to stay large and small families for ski and other things!

Abbiamo soggiornato 15 gg al massimo del confort

Chalet situato in ottima posizione...immerso nel verde...ottimo per famiglie con bambini...appartamento molto luminoso con ampia terrazza e tavolo esterno per pranzi o cene all'aperto. Ampie possibilità di escursioni uscendo da casa con vari percorsi tra i boschi...molto soddisfatti da tornare alla prima occasione

semplicemente perfetta

Uno chalet di pace in mezzo al verde, con vista sulle Dolomiti, immerso nel silenzio sebbene non sia affatto isolato. I negozi distano 5 minuti di auto. La casa è in una bellissima posizione. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nel bellissimo appartamento sottotetto, molto romantico con i soffitti in legno. Ci sono tre balconi e in uno c’è anche il tavolo e le sedie se si vuole fare colazione con affaccio sul bosco. L’appartamento ha un salone molto ampio con cucina a vista, è molto spazioso, ben curato e pulitissimo. Abbiamo due bambini (1 e 6 anni) e la casa si è dimostrata ricca di ogni confort, lettino da campeggio, seggiolone, tutto quello che può servire, anche piatti e posate per bambini oltre a tanti giochi e DVD per bimbi e anche per grandi. Felicissimi della scelta fatta e consigliamo vivamente Villa Bianca,

bellissimo appartamento,molto ben fornito

Abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto nell’appartamento al piano terra perché volevamo il giardino (anche l’appartamento al 1° piano ha il suo giardino). Appartamento molto confortevole è molto pulito e arredato con cura, siamo stati benissimo. Il giardino è attrezzato con sdraio e mobili per poter pranzare fuori. Lo chalet è in posizione strategica perché ci sono percorsi per passeggiate facili che partono direttamente dalla casa oppure, con pochi minuti di macchina, si possono raggiungere il passo Lavazè, tante malghe. Per una breve visita a Bolzano e Merano si impiegano 30 minuti di auto percorrendo la bellissima Val d’Ega. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della vacanza trascorsa!

Una vacanza meravigliosa

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso due settimane da sogno nella Villa Bianca; eravamo un gruppo piuttosto numeroso e per questo abbiamo affittato l'intera casa; essendo divisa in tre appartamenti abbiamo avuto l'agio di poter avere ognuno la propria privacy ma al tempo stesso di condividere il grande spazio esterno e il grande salone del primo piano. Siamo stati ben accolti , aiutati per piccoli chiarimenti o richieste estemporanee sempre con tanta gentilezza.Gli appartamenti, tutti nuovissimi, puliti e ben arredati, sono perfettamente funzionali e dotati di ogni comfort; lavatrici con e senza essiccatrici , cucine attrezzate al meglio, dotazioni extra per bambini piccoli, televisori, videoregistratori, stanze comode e spaziose..... non mancava proprio nulla. Il posto è incantevole, tranquillo e silenzioso; fa compagnia la musica del ruscello che scorre al di là della strada. Facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto, Tesero è un paese incantevole e, seppur piccolo, è dotato di supermercati e negozi di ogni tipo. Abbiamo passato vacanze favolose! Consigliamo Villa Bianca vivamente, soprattutto per gruppi che possono utilizzare al meglio e completamente la splendida casa. Grazie Alessandra da parte di tutti noi!!!! "I Pettini"

Wat een mooi plekje!

Met zijn tweetjes verbleven wij voor twee weken in het appartement op de eerste etage (op de foto's met de rode bank). Er waren geen andere huurders dus we hadden het hele huis voor ons alleen. Het appartement is ruim en zeer schoon. Zeer nette badkamer en prima bedden. Ruim voldoende en compleet keukeninventaris. Prima internet. Het uitzicht en de omgeving is prachtig. Het huis ligt midden in het groen. Wel aan een doorgaande weg maar zeer weinig last want weinig verkeer. Volop wandelmogelijkheden. Een bezoek aan Trento en Bolzano zeker de moeite waard. Eigenaresse zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prima mail contact gehad. Komt afspraken na. Een zeer prettig vakantiehuis in een prachtige omgeving! Een aanrader.

Fabulous holiday property

We had a great stay at this villa. The décor was somewhat basic but all the facilities were in good condition and apartment clean, convenient and warm. The kitchen was well-equipped and provided everything we could possibly need. There was also a selection of DVDs and games on hand. Outside there were plenty of seating areas and I can imagine they'd be great spaces in summer. I like the fact that it consists of 3 self-contained apartments that can be rented together or individually. Alessandra and Maria were very helpful in answering all our questions. Stava is a small hamlet just outside the main village of Tesero and down the road from Cavalese. Local people we met were all very friendly and welcoming. We were a few minutes' drive away from the ski-slopes in one direction and the main town in the other direction. The free ski bus stopped right outside the property but there was not much traffic on the roads, so it still felt quiet and secluded. There is good access to a Eurospar supermarket, ice rink, swimming complex, lovely shops and restaurants. In summary it is an excellent place to stay in and we'd love to use it again if we ever visit that part of the world in the future.

Soggiorno con vista

Abbiamo trascorso in gennaio una splendida settimana in questa località della Val di Fiemme, nuova per noi. L'appartamento prenotato e l'accoglienza hanno superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Tutto ben curato, nuovo, pulito ed arredato con stile. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e consente di sentirsi a casa propria. L'ideale per famiglie con bambini, come la nostra, ma anche per coppie che ricercano angoli di tranquillità e charme. La località è perfetta altresì, per accedere facilmente agli impianti del Latemar. Nel pomeriggio ci siamo dedicati a piacevoli passeggiate nei dintorni . Cavalese e Moena sono vicinissime. La settimana è passata troppo velocemente ma siamo ripartiti molto contenti della scelta fatta e, oltre a consigliare Villa Bianca, torneremo sicuramente.

Amazing ski holidays!!!

Amazing ski holidays!!! We (5=2+2+1 adults) spent two amazing weeks on the 2th and 3th flours in the Villa Bianca. The villa is beautiful, very comfortable, well decorated, modern and spacious, in a very quiet place, but just a few minutes drive by car from the nearest villages (Tesero, Cavalese). From another side it is very convenient for the skiing - one can reach Pampeago (5 min), San Pelegrino (~ 30 min) and even DolomitiSuperski area - Canazei and Campitello (~ 45 min). The villa is clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. After a full day of skiing one can relax on comfortable sofas and burn a nice fireplace. Good beds (with clean bed linens and towels), and the bathroom is complete and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (except dish-washing machine), all amenities including wi-fi and TV. The housekeeper Maria is a very nice and friendly lady. We had a dinner at her little restaurant and it was really good. The owners are very accommodating and easy to contact. Thank you Alessandra for looking after our many requests and providing us a beautiful villa. We can highly recommend this villa, if you plan to spend ski-holidays in Dolomites. Alexander D.

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment

The apartment is very comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The main room has a fireplace that works very well and was much enjoyed in the evenings. We were walking during the winter and it's very well situated for this -- most of our walks started from the front door. Highly recommended.

Soggiorno Fam. Vilucchi

Il nostro soggiorno è andato bene vista anche la condizione meteorologica particolarmente favorevole. La villa offre ogni comfort di cui una famiglia ha bisogno, anche la vista è grandiosa ed è posizionata in un luogo che gode di molta quiete; l'appartamento è molto pulito è nuovo ed ha internet (wi-fi) compreso. La casa si trova in una località in cui sono presenti numerose ville ed alberghi. Il servizio fornito dal proprietario è di buona qualità e anche la cucina è completa di tutto! Le attività che si possono fare sono centrate sui paesi che distano pochi km dalla villa come Tesero e Cavalese. Le attività che ci sono sono varie per accontentare i diversi gusti di ogni persona (dal minigolf, alla bicicletta). Detto ciò, consiglierei vivamente il soggiorno in questa villa a tutte le persone che amano passeggiare in montagna e vogliono godersi la vacanza in piena tranquillità.

Accogliente e funzionale

In vacanza per 9 giorni con i nostri 3 bambini ci siamo trovati benissimo a Villa Bianca. La casa è arredata in maniera moderna e funzionale con una splendida vista sulle montagne della val di Fiemme. La consigliamo a chiunque abbia voglia di passare una fantastica vacanza in pieno relax.

Tolles Haus, toller Service

Ein tolles Appartmenthaus mit drei Wohnungen welche alle durch unsere Gruppe belegt wurden. Viel Platz, solide, sauber und charmant eingerichtet. Alles funktionierte, unsere Ansprechpartnerin in Reichweite, so soll es sein. Und als Sahnehäubchen sendete Alessandra uns die vergessene Trinkflasche unserer Tochter nach Deutschland nach! Perfekt!

Immer wieder gerne

Wir hatten mit mehreren Familien zum zweiten Mal das komplette Haus mit allen drei Wohnungen gemietet und haben den Skiurlaub wie bereits im Vorjahr sehr genossen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sehr gepflegt und ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet. Die oberen beiden Wohnungen sind zudem sehr gemütlich. Leider fällt die untere Wohnung in diesem Punkt etwas ab (gefliester Wohnraum, relativ dunkel). Hierfür ein halber Stern Abzug, insgesamt aber absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Zum Skibus sind es zwei Minuten zu gehen. Die Hausverwalterin, die in der Nachbarschaft ein Restaurant bewirtet, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Essen bei ihr lohnt sich.

Incastonata nella natura

Villa bellissima e dotata di ogni comfort (Wi-Fi Adsl impagabile), inserita in un contesto naturale favoloso, estremamente rilassante. In pochi minuti si arriva a Tesero dove ci sono tutti i negozi che servono. Facendo la 'direttissima (non seguendo la strada) si trova ad una cinquantina di metri il ristorante 'Le Caore' dove si mangiano piatti tradizionali locali squisiti. I nostri ringraziamenti alla sig.ra Maria ed alla sig.ra Alessandra, splendide ospiti.

Comfortable, modern apartment for 4.

Parking was a bit tricky, but once we got used to it, it was good, or we could leave the car across the bridge. It felt safe to do so. Eating out in Tesero was fun and we could quickly buy food at the bakeries or the supermarket on the way to Cavalese.

VILLA on DOLOMITES

We very very happy with Villa Dolomiti. It is a modern, very comfortable and spacious apartment for 4. The parking was a bit tricky, but we got used to it, or we left the car over the bridge opposite and I felt quite comfortable leaving it there. We enjoyed Tesero, we ate out at night, or we bought groceries from the supermarket on the way to Cavalese. It all worked very well. Thank you.
