The location of the studio is very good, in a nice and convenient area of Paris. Unfortunately, that was the main positive part of our stay. The studio itself is extremely small, and the bathroom with the toilet and shower is especially tiny and uncomfortable. The apartment was also very stuffy, and because of the street noise it was extremely difficult to sleep. The biggest problem was the sofa used for sleeping. It is old, worn and torn, and very uncomfortable. We could hardly sleep on it, which made our stay quite unpleasant. The apartment definitely needs some improvements, especially a proper and comfortable sleeping arrangement and better ventilation. Considering the condition and level of comfort, I can only give this stay 2–3 stars.

The location of the place was perfect, right in the heart of the Marais with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, It was a bit of a hassle going up 2 flights of stairs with luggage, so pack light, The room was spotless and filled with natural light, making mornings pleasant, Being on the 2nd floor also meant we had a nice breeze coming in, Overall, a wonderful stay in a great location!

Charming flat in an excellent location, I would suggest it for only 1-2 individuals as the bed is a pullout sofa and the flat is a studio, It may get noisy at night, but that's due to the superb location,

Excellent location, The bed was surprisingly cozy even though it was a sofa bed and a bit saggy, Slept like a baby anyway, There are too many pieces of furniture and as mentioned in other reviews, it was quite challenging to shower in the stall, A small update could really enhance the shower experience! Apart from that, it's a fantastic place to stay,

Apartment is very tired and could do with updating. One plug socket is coming away from the wall. Bathroom is very old with cracked tiles and stains. 2 of the 4 pillows were completely stained and unusable. There aren't enough plug sockets. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed and could be amazing with some updating. Other than the pillows it was clean. Good busy location
