Garden View is located to the south-facing rear of the property with views into the garden and up to Dartmoor. You enter the house through the communal front door and go up the stairs to the apartment. Through the private entrance door is the hallway which has doors to the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom has a large double ended bath with shower over, toilet and basin. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with a small dining area.

The apartment is furnished with antiques, William Morris fabrics and a quality modern bed and mattress.

No pets sadly in this apartment. Pets are allowed in two of the four apartments.
