Casa La Sorpresa is a panoramic apartment set in the exclusive area of Marina Piccola, just a short distance from the Piazzetta and only a few minutes from the beaches, along the road leading down to the sea.
Access is via a charming staircase overlooking the Faraglioni, which leads to a spectacular terrace facing the bay of Marina Piccola and Capri’s iconic sea stacks.
Casa La Sorpresa features a comfortable panoramic living room with a sofa, TV, dining table and direct access to the terrace; one bedroom with views of the Faraglioni and access to the panoramic terrace; a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, sea views and terrace access; a third double bedroom on the lower floor; two comfortable bathrooms with showers; and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, a large panoramic terrace offers breathtaking views over the bay of Marina Piccola and the Faraglioni. The outdoor spaces include a dining area with a wooden table, a cosy lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table shaded by a bougainvillea-covered pergola, and a small panoramic sun deck with loungers and an outdoor shower.
The famous Piazzetta, the heart of Capri’s social life, is just a short walk away. The beaches of Marina Piccola can be reached in about 10 minutes via the nearby panoramic shortcut; alternatively, they are easily accessible by taxi or by bus, with a stop located just a few metres from the house.
