Thank you Irene for your feedback. Pictures are in fact updated. I didn't understand much what you mean, but I'll look what can be improved. Cancun is a very humid place and because the apartment is not occupied every single day of the year, I prefer to have those moisture absorbers and air fresheners. In fact probably you remember that the very same night I picked you up at the airport it was raining and weather was very humid. This is the first time somebody mention they do not want those air fresheners or don't appreciate them. I have stayed there during the most humid season and I am sure that if the apartment is ventilated for 20 minutes any smell dissipate easily. I would have appreciated if you tell me about it so I can fix it for you but unfortunately I didn't know until now. I am sorry you didn't feel safe, I will make sure next time I ask our guest if they prefer to have the moisture absorbers removed. I have decided to remove the "luxurious" adjective since it is very subjective and depends on each individual's point of view and budget. Thank you again for choosing my place and specially for visiting Cancun. I hope you keep the good memories so you come back.

Hello Micheline, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel your stay wasn't that great. We can't control the traffic nor the cleaninless of the outside areas because that is the street. Yes we are adding a T.V. but we haven't got the cable service, that is why the TV is not offer on the listing yet. I am sorry about the sofa, it was perfectly fine when you arrived, of course I won't blame it on you, I think it was going to brake eventually because of the load but that is why I provided 4 extra chairs. I apology, probably I should have made clear that I only provide one big jug of drinkable water 20 liters during your stay not all the time. Hopefully you fine at least something good about your experience in my apartment but even if you don't, please don't let this experience prevent you to visit this beautiful paradise, even if you choose not to stay in my place again.
