Ma maison a un appartement indépendant avec toutes les commodités, y compris Smart TV et WiFi et en plus de vous accueillir. C'est parfait pour un couple, ayant une chambre avec lit King Size, mais vous pouvez venir avec vos enfants ou quelques amis car il y a un canapé-lit double dans le salon.

Devant l'appartement il y a continuellement des taxis et des petits transports en bus, en 10 minutes vous atteignez le centre-ville, les supermarchés, les centres commerciaux et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

if you want a local Mexican neighborhood, 100 m from the beach, this is your place! I will definitely be back just to see Sergio and his neighbors… I felt at home the entire time I was there… A month!

Sergio is a wonderful host, really helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is a quick walk to the beach and is very quiet which was perfect for the relaxing vacation I was looking for!

Wonderful Stay!

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was a very nice stay. Had everything I needed, supplies, spacious, big patio, gardenesque front entry and greenscape across the quiet road. It's a quick war to the ferry ports to Isla mujeres, to the beach and area restaurants with shared and taxi transportation on the nearby main road.

Okay for the price. Needs many minor repairs that Sergio said he is in the process of doing. We did see improvements being done to the exterior while there. No issues with the host, good guy and attentive to our needs.

Rest and relax in Mexico

For my wife and myself the apt. Was everything that we needed. All the basics, lovely yard with total privacy. Walk to the beach which was mostly locals with families, very friendly and safe. There's someone at the gate to let you in and out every time you leave. I like to have a car but, really most places are easier to get a cab. ie parking.

FANTASTIC STAY!!

I must say that Sergio ent above and beyond. His place was 100% as posted. Sergio took the time to take us to walmart and get groceries. Sergio's place was one hundred percent as described beautiful location close to the beach. As well as lots of restaurants along the way. The wife and I would like to thank sergio for the fantastic helping and guiding of us to places to go around the area. We would like to rate Sergio as 100%.Can't wait to go back.Thanks again Sergio greatly appreciated. We highly recommend booking a minimum of a week there and having a fantastic time.

Off the Beaten Path

If you want to have a real Mexican experience you will love this place. Not in the tourist-packed area. Here you experience life as a resident (which is half of the point of using VRBO, right?). This unit is a nice, clean, spacious apartment in walking distance to a simple, pleasant beach with some small, fun beachy restaurants and bars. (Drag show at one of them on Sunday!) The ferry to Isla Mujeres is a 1/2 mile (1 km) away - no need for a taxi or Uber. On the road to Playa Isla Blanco - a natural, white sand beach with no hotels - absolutely stunning! The host, Sergio, is super friendly and helpful, giving lots of tips and help with your adjustment to Mexican life. Dive in!

Enjoyable stay

This is a place in an area with more locals, which is what we were looking for. It was clean and comfortable with a cute little patio area. It is walking distance to a beach, a couple restaurants and convenience stores. We mostly used Uber for getting to excursions. The bed is comfortable. A/C in the bedroom works very well. You do need to pay extra if you want to use the A/C in the living area. We did not use it. The only con is that the shower pressure is weak and there was not hot water. This is somewhat expected though. Sergio was very accommodating and communicated well. This was a very nice place for the price range. We would definitely stay again.

Plutôt déçu

Si l’accueil et la gentillesse de Manuel sont irréprochables , il n’en est pas de même de l’appartement. Les ouvrants ( fenêtres , baie vitrée ne se ferment plus du fait de la détérioration des serrures cassées et non changées . )cependant l’entree principale est sécurisée par un bip ou code. L’entretien général de l’appartement demanderait un bon coup de Rénovation. Mais le plus surprenant reste de devoir payer un supplément pour la climatisation de la pièce principale car seule celle de la chambre est inclus dans le tarif. Quand aux abords de l’appartement, cela reste typique mais hélas sale . Je reste donc très déçu de mon séjour et de l’image que je me faisais du lieu .

Wonderful apartment, close to the beach

This is a great property in a safe neighborhood, and Sebastian and Manuel are fantastic hosts. The location is right across the road from the beach, and the security guards are vigilant and I always felt safe. The area is quiet, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the patio garden is beautiful. I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in Cancun!
