Laylands Yard is a beautifully appointed holiday let in Wells-next-the-Sea! This charming retreat features three cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing lounge, and a private garden, all with modern décor and stylish furnishings. Accommodating up to six guests, it’s the perfect holiday getaway for families or friends. Plus, enjoy the convenience of off-road parking right on the property!
The Space:
The large living room provides plenty of seating with a sofa and armchairs, opening into a dining area that seats up to six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and all the essentials for a self-catering stay, including a fridge freezer and a washing machine in the utility room.
This spacious three-bedroom property includes a double room with a king-size bed and two twin rooms. The double bedroom offers ample built-in wardrobe space, and all rooms are filled with natural light.
There are two bathrooms: an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath and a downstairs bathroom with a shower cubicle and WC.
Outside, enjoy the enclosed garden with a dining table and BBQ.

Wells is part of the Norfolk Coast Path, a long-distance trail that runs along the coastline. You can enjoy walks to nearby villages like Holkham (approx. 2 miles west) or further along the coast to Blakeney or Cley-next-the-Sea.
Wells-next-the-Sea is about 45 minutes by car from Norwich via the A1067, or around 2.5 to 3 hours from London.
