Nearby is President Ronald Reagan Park, with beach access at entrance number 58, which is less than a 20-minute walk away. The park is ideal for walks, jogging, or picnics, offering numerous walking and cycling paths as well as playgrounds for children. At its heart lies a picturesque lake surrounded by benches and gazebos, providing a peaceful spot to relax. Reagan Park also hosts various cultural and recreational events such as concerts, festivals, and family picnics. Its proximity to the beach makes it an attractive destination for both locals and tourists. The park also features a monument to President Ronald Reagan, from whom the park gets its name.

Brzeźno Beach is one of the most popular recreational spots in Gdańsk, located right next to Reagan Park, making them a perfect combination. The beach is wide and sandy, with enough space for everyone to find a relaxing spot. Brzeźno Beach offers numerous bars and cafes serving a variety of food and drinks, as well as water sports rental facilities, making it an ideal place for an active day by the sea. The beach also features a pier that provides a great vantage point over the Bay of Gdańsk. During the summer season, various events take place here, including beach volleyball tournaments, concerts, and festivals. Nearby, you can find a range of cafes, restaurants, service points, entertainment venues, and the Przymorze Shopping Gallery. The apartment is well-connected due to numerous nearby bus and tram stops (Jagiellońska, Czerwony Dwór, Obrońców Wybrzeża), allowing guests easy access to all the attractions the Tri-City has to offer.

Przymorze Cosy Apartment is a comfortably furnished space with a living room that includes a fold-out sofa, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a desk suitable for study or remote work, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, refrigerator with freezer, induction stove, microwave, kettle, and kitchen utensils. There is also a public parking area outside the building, though parking spots are not guaranteed.
