The third bedroom, also a twin, can be transformed into a king-size on request. A shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs, discover the delightful lounge/diner, where cosy seating surrounds the TV, offering a perfect spot for a movie night. Admire the scenic views of the park and woodland while enjoying a meal at the dining table, or gather for a board game session. The light-filled kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. Step through the French doors onto the lovely, terraced area and dine alfresco accompanied by birdsong and the babble of the nearby stream. Hiking trails weave through the natural environment, providing opportunities to spot wildlife amidst the countryside backdrop. For thrill-seekers, Lydford Gorge (11 miles) offers the exhilarating experience of tree surfing, with high rope bridges and zip wires adding to the excitement. There’s also wooden sculptures to discover and a magnificent 30-meter waterfall, while children can engage in activities like exploring the Devil''s Cauldron and building dens.
