We'd like to clarify that our intention was never to suggest that anyone in your party was at fault. We asked a few questions simply to help us understand all possible factors and gather as much information as possible while investigating your concerns. We have requested the maintenance record from the team responsible for servicing the hot tub and are currently waiting for this to be sent to us. Once received, we will review it and share it with you. We're also sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the EV chargers. Unfortunately, we weren't aware there was an issue with the QR code during your stay. Had we known at the time, we would have been able to arrange assistance through our local support team, who are available to help guests with issues that arise during their holiday. We appreciate that this doesn't change your experience, but we would have welcomed the opportunity to assist while you were at the property and potentially resolve some of these issues during your stay.
