Charming 1 bed flat with extra study and sofabed

This newly refurbished one bed flat (40 sqm) has warm dimmable lighting, comfy furnishings and cork flooring throughout.

Enjoy lounging on the large sofa, or relax in the double bedroom with its king size bed. The small study has a sofa bed for one adult or two kids. Alternatively, use the fold-away desk and sliding door to work. Two adults can comfortably work from the flat for longer periods.

You are less than 5 mins away from the Haggerston Overground. Shoreditch, Old Street or Highbury Islington are less than 15 mins away.

Dozens of cafes, bars, pubs and great restaurants in de Beauvoirtown, Dalston, Hoxton, Columbia Road and Broadway Market are a 10 min walk away. Enjoy a longer 20-25 mins walk to the City or along the canal to Angel or Victoria Park.

The flat is child friendly and can comfortably accomodate two adults and two children. An inflatable toddler/child bed, travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available free of charge - please request in advance.

Perfect for a busy London stay!

Fantastic. It was just what we needed.

The property is really well located. Super close to everything, lots of great places around. Transport is just a few steps away with easy access to anywhere in London. Property is quiet and clean. Loved how it is decorated with clearly a lot of love and attention. Thank you for making this such a great stay.

Martin is a very accommodating host. We loved the sunny patio with all the plants. Fun neighborhood close to transit, parks, shopping, and dining.Only complaint is that the extra bed is very firm and my teen didn't sleep well on it.

Wonderful

Martin is a great host, nice and prompt to answer any need. The apartment is absolutely perfect, well furnished and clean. We stayed with our two young boys and we had a great time. We will definitely come back if we have such opportunity.

We loved our stay in Martin's apartment! The location is excellent - just paces from the Haggerston overground, which connects you to everyplace in London, and right next to the lovely Regents canal, for walks to nearby parks. the apartment itself while close to a main road is in the back part of complex, so shielded from any noise. It's newly renovated, with a huge terrace where Martin maintains a lovely garden. The kitchen is well-supplied and fitted out, and the bathroom has a glorious shower. The bed in the main bedroom is comfy, while the second room is good for working (if you need to) or for kids/overflow guests. Truly excellent value for the price!

Martin’s flat is fantastic. It’s spotlessly clean, recently renovated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space feels fresh and inviting with modern touches that still feels very homey.The location is excellent just steps from the Overground and the Regent’s Canal. The neighborhood itself is a delight, full of great pubs, diverse food options, and plenty of places to explore on foot. It’s lively yet easy to navigate, and we loved being able to walk to so much.Martin is also an outstanding host. He was incredibly accommodating when our arrival was delayed, and he was always quick to respond to questions. Communication was easy from start to finish, and he made us feel very welcome.We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to Martin’s flat the next time we’re in London.

The bars, restaurants, clubs and live music you can enjoy between Haggerston, Hoxton, Dalston and Shoreditch are pretty much second to none - and all within easy walking distance.

While East London is at your doorstep, you can easily walk to the City or Angel, or get the overground and a tube or Lizzie line into Central London in half an hour.

Uber and Boris bikes can be found just outside the block and are a great way of getting around Hackney or even into central London.

The flat's fantastic location and lovely interior in a quiet setting makes this the perfect oasis for your stay in London. You can relax here after enjoying a busy day, an evening out - and can work undisturbed from the flat.
