Take a relaxing family holiday in this fantastic lodge with its private hot tub, located in a popular Cornish holiday park. This spacious retreat is only 2 miles from St Merryn, a pretty village, and gives access to mile upon mile of dramatic clifftops, bays and beaches. Within 3 miles, you'll find the renowned seven bay beaches, including Harlyn, Trevone and Porthcothan. For outdoor enthusiasts, the South West Coast Path (3 miles), promises excellent walks along stunning coastal scenery. The Trevose Head Heritage Coast (5 miles) is wonderful for breathtaking views and perhaps some sightings of the local seals. Padstow (5 miles) is known for its thriving foodie scene, its picturesque harbour and lively streets.
When you arrive, you a greeted with a spacious wooden decked area which is where you will find the hot tub for relaxation, with patio doors leading into an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Dual-aspect windows allow plenty of light in, while the decor is simple and pleasant, with neutral colours and artwork on the walls. A lounge area sets you up for pre-bed TV sessions, while a rectangular glass-topped dining table is ideal for family meals. There’s also a breakfast bar with stools for perching with a coffee. Beyond this main area, you'll find the bedrooms and bathrooms – there’s a single bedroom with an additional trundle bed for an extra guest, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and another double bedroom. All the bedrooms come complete with a smart TV. A family bathroom with a spacious corner bath, separate shower and WC completes the accommodation.
Outside, the decked area features garden furniture so you can dine al fresco. The lodge is surrounded by a grassy lawn where children may like to play, and you’ll also have access to a shared BBQ area. There is private parking for two cars.
