Récemment rénové, une chambre (lit king), un condo de bain a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cafetière Keurig, WIFI GRATUIT et télévision par câble. Draps et serviettes sont fournis.
Créez des vacances parfaites, détendez-vous sur le balcon avec votre boisson préférée ou faites votre choix parmi une large gamme d'activités telles que le jet ski ou le parachute ascensionnel dans le golfe du Mexique, la plage de sable blanc et le surf (à quelques pas). Récupérez des coquillages que Mère Nature a laissés pour vous! Prenez du soleil dans la piscine. Détendez-vous au bord de la balle et dans les courts-métrages. Profitez de nos couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.
Vous trouverez de nombreux choix de restaurants décontractés et haut de gamme à proximité, spa / salon, marina, shopping, ainsi que des divertissements juste de l'autre côté de la rue!
Situé dans Estero Beach & Tennis Club, sur la paisible, extrémité sud de Fort. Myers Beach, juste assez loin de la zone touristique principale, mais seulement un trottoir loin de toute l'action.
Prenez le tramway pour Times Square et la jetée de Fort Myers Beach, à l'extrémité nord de l'île. Prenez le Key West Express pour une journée à Key West, ou une croisière pour le dîner ou une charte de pêche en haute mer.
Nos chariots courent toute la journée, monter et descendre nos sept sept kilomètres de plage au sein de l'île. Si vous aimez faire les magasins, vous pouvez prendre le tramway en direction nord jusqu'à Summerlin Square, puis un court trajet en bus jusqu'à Tanger Outlet. Vous pouvez prendre le même bus directement depuis l'aéroport jusqu'à Summerlin Square, puis prendre le tramway en direction sud pour rejoindre votre condo Paradise Getaway. Pas besoin de louer une voiture, tout se trouve à distance de marche, à vélo ou à distance de chariot.

Great stay in this condo. We had everything we needed. We were surprised to see the state of the area from Hurricane Ian which required more travel for restaurant options. Lots of repair to the beach was happening throughout the week

Great place to stay right on the beach!

My fiancé and I stayed here over New Years and had the absolute best time! The condo was very clean and just as described. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The condo is right on the beautiful beach and close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Don’t think twice about staying here! Would definitely book again!

Fort Myers Beach on the Rebound.

The unit is very modern and provides a perfect base of operations. The location is directly on the beach and convenient to local businesses and restaurants. Tremendous efforts are being made to fully restore the are area.

Great location on Estero island!

Condo had all amenities you need! Even had shampoo and aloe gel if you got sunburn. Location was great with restaurants, bars, and marina across street, when you needed a break from the pool and beach!!!

The room was immaculate but the building was clearly still under repair from Hurricane Ian. Nice beach access but this condo is on the parking lot side of the building. I feel that should be disclosed up front. Lots of construction in the area, which is of course, understandable. Lovely pool and extremely friendly atmosphere, with excellent communication from the property manager.

Enjoyed our week at this property. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. We appreciated the use of beach chairs and umbrellas and used beach more than pool. We will return if in the area again.

Great Stay - Friendly Neighbors

My husband and I enjoyed our week at this condo. Our room was clean and well stocked with many extras.(toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc, The kitchen also had plenty of dishes and basic seasonings.) The pool was very nice and the other guests were so friendly! The location is okay, like any place in that area, the traffic is a quite heavy in the afternoons and evenings. The beach was very limited due to some major rejuvenation, which is no fault of the owner. (Darn Hurricanes). Oh yeah, they had a FANTASTIC market on Tuesdays and Thursdays right across the street from the condo! That was definitely a highlight! We would stay here again! Praying for all in that area as they rebuild!

Nice sunny week in Ft Myers

EBT is way ahead of the rest of FMB coming back from Ian. We saw progress every day on the grounds and pool area. The condo was just what is advertised. It was very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our anniversary getaway

We were so impressed from the time we unlocked the door! This unit is immaculate. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, away from all the heavy traffic, but close to everything we needed. Condo was clean, modern and perfect for a couple’s getaway. Really want to come back again, as soon as we can.

Everything you could possibly need in a condo

Beautiful newly updated condo at the quiet end of the island. Condo is very well laid out and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Loved the well equipped kitchen and beach supplies. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

Condo was very clean & comfortable. Great location!

We were very pleased with the condo. Super clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The bed was really comfortable and storage was not an issue. Conveniently located with some great shops and eateries right across the street. The pool was beautifully maintained with plenty of room for sunning and relaxation. On-site laundry is available and the residents were all very friendly. The building is very secure and the property itself is very well kept. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Beautiful

We loved staying in this condo, very beautiful and located in a nice quiet area. The only problem is getting to the beach area . If you were older or debilitated in any way. It would be difficult getting from the condo grounds to the beach because of water sitting in areas at the edge of the property. It would be nice if they had a walking bridge to the beach . However, I did enjoy my stay and would go back.

Great place for a couple’s getaway!!

This was an amazing property! It was the perfect size for a couple. It was nicely decorated and the bathroom and kitchen were newly remodeled. Everything you would ever need is there- coffee, spices, sugar, cooking oil. There is also plenty of sunscreen and shampoos. No need to pack these! Beach towels, a small cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided also. The pool is great and is where we spent our time because of the red tide. There are great restaurants across the street in the shopping plaza. The owner was amazing to work with. Would love to come to Ft. Myers again and stay in this unit!!

Wonderful Place! Great Owners! We'll be Back!

This was our first time staying at Bill and Sheryl's property. My wife and I were VERY PLEASED with our stay at this fun and beautiful condo. It was well equipped with everything we could need and want. The floorplan was perfect for us as a couple and unique (i.e. fun). Everything was beautiful and new and clean. Great completely furnished kitchen, great roomy bath, great bedroom, great living room, great balcony. Very nice furnishings and decorations throughout. It was all just really attractive and well done. Need I say more? Plus, Sheryl, the owner was a blessing to work with and talk to. Thank you Sheryl and Bill! We'll be back!

Unit was great but construction was bothersome

We generally had a great time. Unit was well equipped and attractively furnished. The office was under construction and we had to self check in. Monday thru friday the generators started at 8 am and ran til 5. Saws, drills, hammers, etc. also making noise. I realize the town is recovering from a hurricane, but these downsides should have been mentioned. The pool was not open but we had friends in a unit across the street and we spent a lot of time at their pool.

Great accommodation with everything you need

We are an active couple in our seventies and love to travel and were very pleased with our decision to rent this great apartment on Fort Myers Beach. The place was very well appointed with nice quality furniture and a good size bathroom and storage areas. If you wanted to cook (which we didn't), there was more than adequate cooking/eating utensils, with a number of convenience items, if you had forgotten anything. It was also very clean and ideal for the two of us, although there was a sleeper sofa if you had up to two additional people. We were on the 3rd floor facing the car park and Estero Blvd, but was really quiet.. The balcony had some comfortable, fairly new seating and a good size to sit and enjoy the weather.. Although we didn't use the pool, as it was quite busy, we did walk to a nice beach which is just minutes away. Restaurants are close, although we did spend time in our favorite ones in Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples, having previously lived in Naples for some years. This is a really nice apartment and if our plans next year include this area we will be back.
