Fantastic property and great location! Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens were provided, and overall we just had a perfect stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and the bed and pillows was excellent for us. We slept so good. You where fairly close to restaurants and shopping. We liked the private gated entrance that made us feel secure and safe. We would book this place again in the futurw.

The kitchen Kerig did not work. No egg turner so we bought one. Chair on the deck was broke, you couldn’t sit on it. The bottom sheet on the bed wouldn’t stay on the bottom mattress because of being so stretched out. The 2 glass doors were so cloudy and dirty that you couldn’t see out of them.

Annual beach trip with grandkids

Like location, keurig was broken, repairs going on at condo building was noisy & wake us up early. Overall we’d stay again.

CONDO STAY

UNIT WAS VERY CLEAN AND HAD GOOD ACCESS TO BEACH. WE EXPECTED LARGER KITCHEN. FLOOR WAS COLD , OF COURSE IT WAS WINTER.

Great stay during a tropical storm

The condo was exactly as described. The property was clean and maintained well. Tropical Storm Debby passed through during our stay. Although we lost power for 2 hours, we felt safe and protected during the storm. We even had access to a car port so our car was safe too. have used a few more dish and bath towels, but that is easy to mitigate with the washer and dryer.

The condo was great but a few things need to be addressed. The main toilet would stick and continue to run and there were no sheets for the sofa bed.

Family Beach Trip

Came to this property for our family beach trip before school starts. It was wonderful. The beach was a short walk away and there is a private wooden boardwalk that spans about halfway of the walk. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. The balcony was huge and like additional living space. We’d have our kids drip-dry and play games out there coming in from the beach/pool. Had one maintenance issue come up (a toilet was continuously running) but they came to fix it quickly. Overall, we had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Needs some updating and freshening up

Carpet is stained, dishwasher is falling out when you open it. Updating and freshening would help. Otherwise it was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Master bedroom carpet needs cleaning. Overhead exhaust vents in both bathrooms do not work. Shower curtains have mildew. Dishwasher falls out when you place dishes in washer. A/c unit drops water on entrance floor when running. Sofa needs an overhaul.

Everything was very clean. I did have some trouble with the entry lock initially. But the staff was really responsive over the phone (on the after hours line, no less), and I ended up getting the lock open as I was talking to them. The reset button on the hair dryer would not push in, and there was a little bit of preexisting damage that we reported (and that they were aware of, regarding a door frame and a mirror door—which was on order). So, they were aware and were taking care of those things. The other appliances worked just fine, and it was a great weekend stay for a local wedding that we attended! Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved our stay. The unit was as described, very clean, and well maintained. 109 is on a second level but there is an elevator. The elevator is small and no air conditioning. It can be slow. 109 is close to the pool. The residents were nice and helpful.The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking needs. The complex is well maintained and clean. The pool area was nice and the pool is salt. Access to the beach: the condo does have beach access but there is a walk to get to the beach. Make sure you remember where you come out on the beach or you will miss the path on your return. Parking: covered parking is very tight. If you are driving a midsize to large vehicle don’t try it. Park in the parking. There are 2 buildings with no unit signage. 109 is the right building (facing the buildings)The real estate agency handling this unit was awesome. Great communication. We received a call the day of arrival letting us know we could check-in early. Access to area attractions: short drive to lighthouse and village. St Simons is golf cart friendly.
