Villa Gilderoy, a 300-year-old property in rural East Mallorca, offers a peaceful retreat filled with history and charm. Located in the picturesque countryside of Felanitx in southeast Mallorca, this villa provides easy access to some of the island’s stunning beaches. The nearby villages of Felanitx, Porreres, and Campos, all within a 10-minute drive, offer local markets, cafes, and restaurants. Despite being just 40 minutes from Palma and 30 minutes from the airport, the villa exudes a sense of complete tranquillity, enhanced by its somewhat bumpy access road that leads to a secluded and private environment.

The villa has been lovingly restored to maintain its original character, consisting of five separate apartments connected under one roof. This layout makes it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or colleagues who wish to holiday together while retaining some personal space and privacy. Each apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room (some with sofa beds), and an en-suite bathroom. The central part of the finca features a large kitchen and dining area with a fireplace, perfect for cooking large meals, as well as a cosy lounge with an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including two fridges, two dishwashers, an oven, a microwave, and a cooker, catering to guests who enjoy preparing their own meals.

Outside, Villa Gilderoy offers an outdoor kitchen complete with a gas hob, dishwasher, sink, and a professional BBQ. A shaded pergola provides seating for up to ten guests, making it the perfect space for al fresco dining. The grounds also feature a large pool (10 x 4.5 meters), a Jacuzzi, and multiple chill-out areas scattered across the garden. The pool house is a standout feature, offering built-in sofas, sun chairs, and a shaded retreat for relaxation by the pool. It is the ideal spot to cool off during the day or enjoy evening socialising.

The villa boasts five double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and offers various amenities such as air conditioning, coffee machines, and private terraces in some rooms. The activity room, accessed via two separate entrances, features table tennis, yoga mats, a training bench, weights, board games, darts, and a TV. Nearby supermarkets, including Eroski Felanitx, are just 10 minutes away, offering a wide selection of groceries, including fresh meat and fish. The beaches of southeast Mallorca, including the famous Es Trenc beach, are within a 20 to 25-minute drive.

Please note, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required, charged 30 days before arrival and collected via credit card. This deposit is refundable within 7 days after check-out, pending an inspection of the property. Additionally, certain amenities and features, such as pool towels and air conditioning, are included, but guests should confirm if any other services may incur additional charges during their stay.
