Welcome to our fantastic 2-bedroom flat, located within a 5-minute walk from Earl's Court tube station. With a vast variety of restaurants, museums, parks, and local attractions within walking distance, this is the ideal base for both work and leisure travellers.
The Space:
Our flat is on the second floor (please note, there is no lift). The back of the flat overlooks the tranquil private gardens, offering access to a tennis court and jogging track.
Bedrooms:
Two double bedrooms, each with ample wardrobe space for your belongings.
Living Room:
Spacious and overlooking Philbeach private gardens.
Large sofa for relaxation and TV viewing.
Dining table with chairs for meals or work.
Kitchen:
Compact, but fully equipped with all the basics you need during your stay in London.
Bathroom:
One room with a bath and shower, and a sink.
Separate toilet room with an additional sink.
Garden Access:
You can access the private gardens, perfect for outdoor activity, picnics and relaxation.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire property, with access to all kitchen appliances and modern amenities.
Host Interaction:
We will stay in touch with you before your stay and meet you for check-in, providing tips to make the most of the area and London. While we won’t be staying at the property, we are always available via call, email, or text!
Neighbourhood:
Kensington is one of the best neighbourhoods in London, offering an array of shopping, entertainment, dining, and sightseeing options. Enjoy a leisurely walk around Holland Park, coffee on King's Road, or visit the nearby museums. The high street around the flat has everything you need, and the beautiful architecture makes every walk a pleasure.
Transport:

Important Information:
The property is on Warwick Road, which can be busy at times, so there is potential for noise, but we have installed secondary glazing on the bedrooms to ensure a better quality of sleep.

Check-out: By 11 am
We will agree on an ½ hour check-in slot according to your arrival time, allowing plenty of time for travel to the property. We can accommodate changes in check-in time up to the day before your arrival and will do our best to accommodate same-day changes. Please note that last-minute changes or failure to inform us of arrival time changes will incur an extra £30 for every hour or fraction of an hour past the agreed arrival time.
