- We are privileged to be looking after this home on behalf of a private owner
- We welcome pets for an additional £10 per day per pet.
- We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee & sugar. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as oil, milk etc. if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.
- Crisp, white bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest.
- 1 bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom.
- Shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is available in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided.
- We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 night. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
- Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins and we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the property is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
- We can offer two parking permits for street parking in the local area. A week prior to your stay we will request you vehicle registration numbers so we can arrange.

Montpellier Retreat is located on a quiet with many residential homes nearby so out of respect for the local residents we have set quiet hours between 10pm and 7am where we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum
Monpellier Retreat is strictly no smoking which does include the garden

We are pet friendly but do ask for £10 per day per pet in addition to the advertised price.
