Modern apartment recently renovated in a strategic location and a short distance from the Venezia Mestre train station, allowing easy access to Venezia Santa Lucia station.

The accommodation is situated on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living area features a modern open kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, oven, and snack table, along with a comfortable sofa and TV. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: the first is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and air conditioning, while the second offers a single bed, desk, and air conditioning.
Completing the property is a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a convenient double sofa bed.
Guests will also enjoy additional amenities, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating, a washing machine, and an iron, ensuring a comfortable stay.
