Climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find a bright and airy landing area and where you will be greeted by the âresident mouse', Albert, star of âthe Mouse who wanted to see the World' children's book written by James Hywel. On the right you will find the first bedroom furnished with a superking zip n link bed (can be singles on request) and a hidden en suite shower cubicle and washbasin. Opposite is bedroom 2 furnished with a double bed. Also on this floor you will find the family bathroom, a serene environment for relaxation and rejuvenation comprising of a bath with shower over, wc and washbasin and also a separate cloakroom.
Continue up another staircase to the attic âsnug' room, an ideal place to sit and relax with no distractions and with views over the rooftops to Kingswear beyond.

Guests have use of a private garage within a 5 minute walk from the property. Due to the garages location and access it is potentially only suitable for a small to medium sized car. On street parking close to the property is available (Higher Street has no restrictions all year round) but some restrictions may apply depending on the time of year on other nearby roads.
