2 bedroomed town house, 2 mins walk from Goodrington Beach, sleeps 4.
Comfy well equipped townhouse with balcony with inviting sea views. Modern and bright with 2 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite.Well equipped Dining kitchen and cosy lounge. Private parking on private driveway opposite the property. Bedding and towels included
The house is absolutely stunning. A real home from home. Really comfy beds and a great shower on the top floor. Absolutely spotless and very comfortable with everything you need for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed....đđđ
Clean and well appointed property in a quiet neighborhood. An excellent location for a family holiday.Check-in was fine via a key safe. Unfortunately our satnav took us on a uphill approach to the driveway, which is impossible for us to turn into, so we had to go past the entrance to turn around so that we could drive up from a down the hill direction. Some of the rooms are small, especially the second twin bedroom. Though for a week long stay that's not really an issue. From the balcony it is possible to see the sea. The main advantage is the short stroll down to the beach, where there are cafes and bars.During our stay we couldn't get the shower to work in the ensuite bathroom. I assume that this was down to a lack of water pressure so we used the electric shower in the other bathroom.Overall we were happy with the accommodation and we had a great week in South Devon. We're planning on returning next year or the year after.
We stayed at the property for a week, my partner and I plus our 2 year old. We found the accomodation to be comfortable for what we needed, the location was great with easy access to lots of activities. We didn't drive anywhere (apart from to Lidl!) all week. The wine and milk on arrival was a nice extra touch. Would definitely recommend.
We spent 4 days in this property. Its small but cozy. We were 5 ppl and we had enough space for everyone. Loved the spacious kitchen, fully equipped.
Location is ideal, just 5 min walk to the beach and close to many amenities.
We found the property just as expected.
The owner was easily accessible and very helpful.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
This is us enjoying a New Years Day walk in Brixham. Goodrington & the English Riviera has been a place that our family has always enjoyed as did our Parents and Grandparents. We love having a place here so that we can continue to pass down our memories to the younger members of our family. We love that our place is great for being close enough to the Paignton "action" in the busy summer period but quiet enough to relax and get that all important chill time. We love the beach, but also getting to explore along the South West Coastal Path and find hidden treasures along the way. In the winter months we especially like watching the "Train of Lights" which we can see from the balcony or wander down to the beach for a better view. Having Cantina restaurant 2 minutes walk away is a huge bonus and we make sure we always visit when we are staying.
Quiet private location but only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Private driveway with parking for1car. Easy access to public transport which includes, bus, train or boat. The Dartmouth Steam Railway which passes through Goodrington Sands and Spashworld are just a couple of the local attractions. Walking distance to pubs/restaurants, and only 10 minutes walk to Paignton harbour with a variety of restaurants and a busier seaside resort vibe.
Property is over 3 storeys which gives the home from home experience, and the kitchen is especially well equipped which is sometimes rare in a holiday home. It is near to all of the facilities you may want on an English seaside holiday but tucked quietly away so that you get some peace and relaxation too.
