Le Marisol Condominium est situĂ© directement sur les plus belles plages du monde et propose une piscine privĂ©e et une salle de sport sur place. Sortez de l'ascenseur jusqu'Ă  la piscine ou encore quelques marches pour aller Ă  la plage! Cette unitïżœïżœ est au 6Ăšme Ă©tage et la chambre principale offre une vue sur la plage et un lit King size avec salle de bain privĂ©e, y compris un bain Ă  remous avec douche sïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœparïżœïżœe et double vasque. La chambre a un lit queen avec accïżœïżœïżœïżœs Ă  la salle de bain. La suite junior a un lit complet. 6 personnes confortablement. Une piĂšce sĂ©parïżœïżœïżœïżœe pour la lessive est idĂ©ale pour les maillots de bain de sable et les flotteurs! Le coin cuisine / salle Ă  manger / salon est entourĂ© de fenĂȘtres pour une vue imprenable, notamment un coucher de soleil! Marisol Condominium a un total de 45 unitĂ©s et seulement 20 unitĂ©s de location, il y a amplement d'espace pour tout le monde. Overall our stay at this property was excellent the cleanness, the location was all that we thought it could be. Easy access to property when we arrived. I would recommend this property and we will be back.

This was our second time staying at Marisol it deli ered everything we expected newly renovated was the icing on the cake and parking is great! Will stay there again.

Lovely Vacation Spot

We absolutely love visiting this beach! This condo makes it that much better with its private beach access and balcony that overlooks the water. The condo was very well kept and had everything we needed to start off our vacation! We couldnt have been happier with the whole experience!

The place was in a great location. Close to Walmart an resturants an bars for the big kids... they had the condo stocked with lots of chairs an pool stuff for the kiddos... the condo was really clean, and that view of the ocean was breath-taking.. definitely goin to make a yearly thing with the family or an adult trip sometime...đŸ˜Šâ›±â˜€ïžđŸč

Best place I have ever stayed at the beach

We brought our elderly parents to the beach. It was easy to access and the reserved parking spot was great with my dad and his walker not a far walk. The condo was right off the elevator. Never had to wait on a elevator. Our view was awesome!!!! Property manager we worked with Erica was so sweet and very helpful even when we had to add 2 extra days to our stay. I would recommend this condo. Thank you for the best family vacation ever. 😊. We will stay at this condo again

Paradise Found!

Amazing property! It’s a smaller building than the other condos around but don’t let that fool you. You get to park on the same side of the street as the condo! (No parking garages!❀) you also never have to wait for an elevator nor is it ever crowded! The condos are huge! So are the balconies! The beach access is great and it’s not very crowded either. You can look to either side of the property to the big high rise condos and everyone is on top of each other trying to get beach space
 but not at Marisol! Wink wink! We were able to walk down the beach to Pineapple Willie’s and the Pier! But we were just far enough away from both that the crowds were kept at bay. Another thing I like about Marisol is when you are walking along the beach at night, you never have to wonder which condo is yours! You just look for the short one and Bam! You’re home! They keep the grounds immaculate and there is security on site 24/7. The inside of the condo is everything you need
 and then just a tad more. The beds are comfy, everything was as clean as a whistle, and organized great! The huge jacuzzi tub makes for a relaxing evening after a fun filled day on the beach or shopping! There was also a walk in shower in the master bath that you could hold a dinner party in. That thing was huge! This is by far my most favorite condo to stay in while in PCB. It’s my 5th year staying at Marisol. It’s worth every Penny!

Good condo for a family in PCB

Good location, beachfront. A smaller building (45 units) so beach not as crowded. Otherwise it is just like all the other high rises in the area. Rental company was good, efficient, but would ask them to provide a little more amenities (beach towels, more dishwasher detergent and toilet paper).

Perfect getaway for little ones!

We’ve been coming down the PCB for years but this was the first time with 2 under 2. The walk to the beach was easy and the elevator was perfect! We never had to wait. The condo was clean and felt so much bigger than condos we’ve stayed at in the past. Because it’s an end unit, pretty views from the dining and kitchen area. The parking spot was right outside the door and so easy to get in and out. One complaint was the thermostat has to be at 72°. Were from Georgia and sleep at home set at 65°. The pool sits mostly in the shade which is nice for the littles but it was cold. The pool was not much to write home about and we spent most of the time on the beach. Overall, so pleased with our stay and look forward to next year!!

Almost an Ocean View

Condo very clean, tastefully decorated, an excellent location. Very disappointed upon entering unit and discovering that two of the 3 patio windows were clouded due to broken seals. Same issue in master bedroom. One of panels clouded. Contacted Erica, and she said we were first to complain (I doubt it), and I explained this should have been known upfront in photo descriptions. Checked photos again, and blinds covered damage. I understand damage caused by hurricane Michael (2 yrs ago). I paid for the view from condo as well as location. Had I known, would have made another choice. Realtor did give us a refund of 1 days stay.

Great stay!

What a place! Condo was very neat and clean. Great amount of space for our group of 5! Condo is located right on the beach and has a balcony overlooking the beach. Good pool and good access to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked and they provide starter materials as far as toilet paper, washing powders, etc. Would definitely recommend the early check in if you will arrive to town anytime before 4pm. We had no issues during our stay but Management was very easy to contact and speak to during check in. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Retreat

We truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were wonderful, the site is close to everything, and yet it was a quiet building with helpful management company. We would love to stay again!

Easy process, amazing location

Renting this property was an eye opener as to how easy the process is and how good of a value it is. The location couldn’t have been better, and we were thrilled with the property.

very very clean and well stocked!!

The unit is very clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. The sofa and love seat needs to be replaced you sink to your knees. The rest of the furniture is new and very nice.!! Having all hard surface flooring there was no moldy carpet smell. The balcony has nice seating for all!! This is a small building 45 units with 2 elevators!! Never had to wait more than 30 seconds !! Also the lobby was clean!! Having a ice machine on 2 nd floor was nice (small fee) . If you want clean and taken care of condo this is the place to rent!!!
