The Sandy Turtles @ Marisol Beach Resort offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths: Sleeps a max of 6 people. This condo has been completely updated with new paint, new mattresses, new wall decor, new sectional sofa, console, dining table, bar stools & new queen bed. This spacious condo offers plenty of room for everyone & still offers a quaint & cozy feel. The view from the balcony of this 2nd floor condo is breathtaking & does not disappoint.

Marisol is a fabulous lower density complex with only 45 units total, which means more room on the beach for you! You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the sun and natural beauty. Enjoy the Gulf Front, pool, fitness center, picnic and grill areas, along with the comfort of 24-hour security and 1 dedicated parking space for this unit.

The Property:

Living Room: Sectional Sofa & wall mounted Smart TV

Dining Area: Table & Chairs for 6 w/ extra seating at the bar area

Kitchen: Fully Stocked, includes both Keurig & Regular Coffee Maker

Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board *starter pack of laundry Soap provided.

Master Bedroom Suite: King Bed, Wall Mounted Smart TV/ Private Bath: Garden Soaking Tub, Stand Up Shower & separate water closet & Entrance to balcony.

Bedroom 2: King Bed, Wall Mounted Smart TV, Shared Entrance to hall bath.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Wall Mounted Smart TV

Parking: Max 2 Cars Per Booking, Parking Passes are $50.00 each & included with the booking total.
You will have 1 designated parking space & the other vehicle parks in overflow. Only two vehicles will be allowed. No exceptions.

No Smoking- This is a non-smoking resort. Including balconies. You can only smoke in the designated spoking spots. Smoking on property or on the balcony will result in an eviction without refund.

No smoking inside of the condo. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.

This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.

Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.

No unregistered guests are allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests. We count heartbeats and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. No more than 6 heartbeats allowed in this unit.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of amenities to get guests through their first night. We do not provide amenities for the guest's entire stay.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
