Completely Remodeled with new floors, showers, counters, paint and furniture! Low Density/Smaller Condo Complex means more spacious beach! 2 Elevators for only 45 units. Lobby Locked 24/7/365. Located in the very well maintained Marisol Condo Complex on Front Beach Road.

Our condo is a very spacious, rare 4 bedroom/3 bath condo. 2,115 sq ft. West facing, corner unit to view beautiful Panama City Beach sunsets! 8th floor unit out of 10 floors. 3 King bedrooms. Two large masters with attached bath with new tile showers. 4th bedroom has queen bed and twin bunk beds. Living Room couch has a queen size pullout sofa bed. 3 full bathrooms. Spacious bar seating and large dining table. Living room and main master have access to balcony facing the beach.

Perfect family get-away

The condo was spacious enough for our family of 8 to not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked, I brought my own frying pans, and I’m glad I did. Otherwise we had everything we needed to make meals instead of going out. The trip down to the beach was quick and easy. There is even a collection of sand toys that my granddaughter loved. We really appreciated our folding wagon that we brought to help with groceries and beach trips.

Family vacation

Everything was great with this condo. Only complaint we had was the pool was freezing! We never once could get in. Also if you have 3rd vehicle you pay for public parking a block away and it was $89 for the week. The parking lot and public parking is a well lit area. No problems with vehicle parked there. Condo was very updated and had everything we needed:)

Whole family vacation with lots of room

We always come to end our summer at PCB. It had been several years since we traveled with all the grandparents and they were able to come this trip. The size of the unit was great. Two masters, a guest with bath and a kid room with a bunk and a full bed (and room for an air mattress and a pull out couch if needed). Had all the things we needed. So nice to have a washer and dryer. This is a quiet building with no smoking and no rowdiness. Easy to get in and out of and no long walks to parking or water. Safe,fun, beautiful views. The property manager was also very nice and great with communication. Was a lovely stay. Thank you!

Not cleaned well. Stopped up shower. Rusted patio chair. Beds are worn out. Disposer clogged up. Some Sheets had rust all over. Refrigerator not large enough for size of unit.

DONT WAIT-BOOK THIS CONDO!!!!

I cannot express the happiness and gratitude that we have after enjoying our spring break week here. I’m almost in tears writing about this beauty of a condo and how it contributed to our wonderful family vacation. The host, Lana, is an amazing person and probably the BEST host I have ever had the pleasure booking with. They went above and beyond on their renovations, they stock the unit with things you may need (extra paper towels, dishwasher pods, sponges, toilet paper, kitchen towels, trash bags, etc). The beds were incredible, the showers are spa like, the towels are super soft, a TV in every room, wonderful black out curtains in each room, the list goes on and on. The view is spectacular!!! It was nice being able to do laundry too and have clean clothes all week. I also want to mention the size- it’s sooo spacious!! Again, you CANNOT go wrong with booking this condo, and I urge you to book it asap!!! Thank you Lana, for everything!!! We can’t wait to stay here again. Much love!

Beautiful condo

The condo was perfect for our family. Located right on the beach, down the elevator, turn the corner and walkway right to the beach! Parking space for unloading is right in front of entrance. Communication with Lana was very responsive and was very positive. You won’t regret staying here!

We had the best stay! The property had been newly remodeled and was extremely clean. Even at the height of the season, we had no trouble getting an elevator. Parking was great and we were right on the beach! The owner was very communicative and extremely nice. Things could not have gone better! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location and view was everything!

I enjoyed staying here. The condo is updated and well-appointed, and the owners left nothing out. I appreciated being a bit farther away from the noise and bustle of Pier Park, but it was short enough for a quick 15-minute drive when we were ready to jump in.

Amazing family vacation

Absolutely amazing! Family vacation with 5 generations together in one fabulous condo. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 extra large baths. 3 bedrooms with king size mattresses. The beds are so comfy we asked the owner for the brand to purchase for ourselves. The beach access was great with a stand for jet skis, banana boat rides, parasail. Kitchen fully stocked, washer and dryer, plenty of towels. Will stay here again and highly recommend to others.
