Pass The Keys Stunning 5 Bedroom Spacious Home
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Set at the end of a quiet road is this stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. Open plan kitchen and dining area leading onto the patio for your enjoyment to entertain or watch the children in the lovely large private garden.
You are welcomed by a large, gorgeous foyer. The staircase illuminated by a sparkling chandelier, takes you upstairs to five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Three bedroom are ensuite and there is a separate family bathroom.
Downstairs the spacious lounge is perfect for family and friends to relax. Glass doors lead onto the patio / garden area. Perfect in the summer for alfresco dining.
An open plan kitchen, with everything you need, leads into the dining area with a table big enough to seat 10 people. There is also a sofa and TV in this area. A great area has plenty of light that opens up onto the patio and garden which makes it perfect for entertaining.
Office on the ground floor with Wifi, printer and large desk to work from.
Utility room on the ground floor has a washing machine, dryer and vacuum (hoover).
Bedrooms
Master bedroom has a super king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite.
2nd Bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobe.
3rd Bedroom has a king-size bed with a built-in wardrobe and ensuite.
4th Bedroom has a super king bed with built in wardrobe and ensuite.
5th Bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire home for you to enjoy. The garage is locked and not for guest use. The bi-folding doors in the lounge are not to be opened. Please use the bi-folding doors in kitchen.
Mid Stay Cleans or Linen Drop offs can be arranged at an extra cost

- This is your home to use, please care for it as such
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra ÂŁ400 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited and an extra ÂŁ250 fee will apply should any rules be broken.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- No pets allowed
- No unregistered guests allowed
- Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them, so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified, and so will the local council.
Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.
- Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.
- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
- A ÂŁ150 will be applied for late checkout.
- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
A fee of ÂŁ80 will be charged for a call-out if you forget the keys inside the house.
- The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore, please be careful with them.
- Babycot is available upon request (without bed linen)
- Filming enquiries can be accepted at an extra charge ( minimum stay of 4 nights)
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
- Please donât rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes, strip the beds, and take the trash out before you leave
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
