The town also hosts many fantastic festivals including the Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival, Falmouth Week and the Falmouth Oyster Festival. For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path is a mere 5 minute walk (on a footpath) from the door and heads along to Lizard Point (17 miles), with other attractions in this stunning part of Cornwall including Penjerrick Garden, Trebah Garden, Flambards Theme Park and Poldark Mine, all within 15 miles.

Heading upstairs you will find a refreshing family bathroom alongside a choice of three bright and cosy bedrooms: a delightful king-size room with an en-suite shower room and picturesque countryside views, a cheerful double and a relaxing king-size room which can be made up as a twin on request.
From the lounge/diner, glazed doors open out into the charming and enclosed back garden. Overlooking the tranquil expanses of the neighbouring golf course, the garden has a small lawn and a delightful decked area with a BBQ and ample outdoor furniture, providing a lovely space to settle back and relax on a sunny summer afternoon. A side gate leads out to the two private car parking spaces next to the property, with further guest parking available onsite.
