Located in the parish of St Minver,  just 2 miles away from the beautiful Rock beach where you can enjoy the glorious long stretch of sand, head out water skiing or wakeboarding from the ski school and even hop on a passenger ferry to Padstow and Polzeath Beach is also just over 2 miles away when you fancy a surf in one of the UK's top surfing spots. Visitors can take a 13 mile drive to the picturesque fishing village of Padstow, famous for its seafood restaurants and scenic Camel Trail cycle path. For those interested in exploring the local culture and history, the stunning ruins of Tintagel Castle, associated with the legendary King Arthur, are just 12 miles away. Whether you are a nature lover, history buff, or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, St Minver has something for everyone. The Camel Trail (4.5 miles) offers miles of flat cycle paths along a disused railway and the exhilarating walks on Bodmin moor are also easily accessible.
As you step into the cosy lounge, the warm log burner is the wonderful focal point and sits waiting for chillier nights, whilst the Smart TV and comfy sofas are perfect for a family film together after a day out exploring.
