Mowhay Barn is a well arranged 4 bedroom Barn Conversion finished to a high standard with all the home comforts for self catering stays.
Situated in a lovely setting on a working farm, Immerse yourself in a authentic Cornwall experience with all the benefits ol all the self catering home comforts, and easy access to Padstow Town and the best of North Cornwall's finest surrounding beaches as well as golfing and walking holidays.
This spacious family home accommodates up to 8 guests, in four bedrooms at ground floor level. with 2 en-suites and family bathroom + upstairs WC. Parking for 3 cars as well as Private enclosed patio courtyard + Lawned garden area.
Pets Accepted max 4 by prior arrangement

Rear private patio space - Enclosed, with Slate topped table and benches and outdoor seating accommodating 8 guests .Washing line. suitable for storing surfboards, biked etc via side gate - please bring your own locks for gate.
Access from first floor living area door to external stairs - Please Note: Please ensure young children are supervised in this room at all times
Pets Accepted up to 4 medium size dogs charged at £30 per pet per stay on stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays. Dogs must not be left unattended and are not to be allowed upstairs and in bedrooms

Included Tea Towels, bath mats and hand towels and hand soap to WC's included. Welcome starters of cleaning products including, toilet rolls. kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets
