Start the day with a refreshing bath in the 8.5 x 4.5meter freshwater pool. It is kept clean with chlorine and has a water depth of 1 - 1,9m. Loungers invite you to relax on the pool terrace. To protect yourself from the midday sun there is a furnished pergola. The staircase leads from the pool terrace to the well kept garden with large lawn area for children to play and the furnished veranda, ideal for barbecues with friends and family.

The decor of the 2-storey house is rustic and you will immediately feel at home. Relax a moment in the living - dinning area or watch a program on the satellite TV (German and English channels) before you prepare together one of your favourite dishes. The dining area can seat 8 people. In the kitchen, with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dishes, and much more, you will miss nothing. The well was formerly used for water supply, but today has only decorative purposes. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

In total, the house has 4 double bedrooms,all of them on the first floor. Three of them have two single beds and one has a double bed. In addition, upstairs there are two bathrooms with bathtub. Another bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. All bedrooms have beautiful views to the fields and are equipped with air conditioning as well as a wardrobe. A baby cot and high chair can be prepared on request. In one of the rooms there is a small safe.

The villa is located in the mountains, but at the same time only 4.5 km from Playa de Muro. It is a long beach with fine, white sand that connects the towns of Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. There are areas where there is no construction and you can enjoy nature and an intact dune system. In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find a wide range of entertainment, many restaurants, supermarkets, beach bars and playgrounds. The natural park of S'Albufera is open all year round and houses a wide variety of animals, especially birds.
