Ground floor apartment, located in a convenient area outside the historic center but reachable on foot. The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, featuring gas stoves, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The living room has a dining table, TV, and a sofa bed available upon request. The house has two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with a single bed and a single sofa bed available upon request. Completing the layout is a bathroom with a shower.
Amenities include a washing machine and an iron.

Venturing further south, about 30 km away, you will find beautiful untouched and wild beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo.
