With a summer atmosphere throughout the year, it is perfect for a unique vacation on the island of Lanzarote.
This beautiful accommodation with capacity for 4 people, has two spacious and bright bedrooms with double bed, closet, desk ideal for teleworking and portable fan. It also has a large terrace where you can have lunch and relax outdoors, a bathroom with shower and a large open space with kitchenette, living room with Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, dining area and direct access to the terrace of the apartment. All this in a quiet residential complex with all the necessary services around.
A privileged location, with Flamingo beach and other beaches in the south of Lanzarote just a few minutes drive from the house and a few steps walk from Dino Park. In addition, it has a quick connection to the highway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, washing machine, clothes iron, hair dryer, portable fan, Smart TV with Netlix, outdoor parking space, towels, sheets and much more.
To access the apartment you have to climb a flight of stairs.
